for the price that costs, it is largely good, walk 2h + show + drinks and food. on the other hand not too good food but for the price I can not complain. quality/price it remains correct

It's very bad experience. During dinner time plates finished.Then food also finished. Food is different on upper and lower duck. In that oasis sea boat we took the ticket 55 aed...but 35 ticket people are also there. The staff will not provide everything that mentioned before take the ticket. It's really waste of time and very bad experience. They told it's five star boat experience.The coordinator name ILIAS and manager HASSAN. After that we complained to this coordinator and manager , they told first time like this experience because they is problem unavailability of 35 ticket cruise .So all are included in same cruise.So don't go jeddaf .Marina is far better. There is nice coordination also.

This dinner cruise was a huge disappointment. From the moment we boarded, it felt like we were being strung along with no care for communication or basic comfort. The cruise was supposed to be a 2-hour experience, after boarding we sat at the dock for 60 minutes after the scheduled departure, with no explanation. Guests, visibly frustrated, started asking about the delay around the 25-minute mark, but the staff either ignored us or kept saying “5 more minutes” with no real answers. After all that time, they finally admitted the boat’s engine wasn’t working and suddenly announced we’d be moved to a different, smaller boat. No apology, no proper announcement, just a rushed instruction after keeping everyone waiting for an hour in the intense heat. Once on the second boat, which was smaller and more cramped, we chose to sit on the lower deck to escape the heat, but the AC was actually blowing hot air. When we told staff about it, they insisted it was cold air and just left. The entire area felt like a sauna, with only two vents near the DJ providing any relief while the rest of us sweated. The food was disappointing, with several menu items missing and some of what was served tasting spoiled. This wasn’t just a matter of preference, it seemed like the food had been left out too long and wasn’t fresh. As a result, mine and my guest’s stomach was upset after the meal. Service was just as bad. When my mother asked about the unlimited drinks, the waiter walked away mid-conversation, flashing a “wait” hand signal without acknowledging her. She had to speak more firmly just to get a basic answer. The overall attitude was careless and dismissive. The only decent parts were the route and the performance. The performer tried his best despite almost no space to move, he even accidentally bumped into a waiter because of how cramped it was. To make things worse, we spoke to two guests who were celebrating birthdays. When their group voiced concerns to staff, one of them was actually told to “just jump off the boat.” Completely unacceptable behaviour from any hospitality provider. Despite finally getting the full 2-hour cruise on the water, the long delay, poor service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and overall mismanagement ruined what should have been a special evening for our guest from abroad. Definitely not something I’d recommend.

We planned to go on eid holiday. Little we know about the crowd. The crowed was so huge of people around 300+. The enterance towards the cruise was very tiny which can fit only 1 person. They made us to wait for hours till the boat returns from previous ride. I wonder how could these many people can fit in 4 cruise. They may be crossing the limit of people in single cruise for money. Moreover the weather was extremely humid, we were boiled to the core. In a hour or so my little sister of age 11 experienced terrible headache and in a few minutes she fainted in the middle of crowed . Just imagine about the situation there. There was pregnant lady and more kids waiting in the huge line of crowed. I storngly DONT recommend for this jaddaf cruise ride. Please dont go, dont take kids and pregnant ladies. My advice to the families even if you get cheaper tickets dont go. The foods they provide is average only. Its good for nothing just site seeing where you can do that in a car ride. Very poor management.
