Fun show especially for kids. Venue was comfortable
We attended theDevdan show in June 2026. We were picked up from our hotel and arrived at the theatre with time to spare. The theatre was in good condition and the staff were friendly. Initially I thought the show was not going to be great as it seemed for want of a better term unprofessional. I was surprised though as once the show got going it was very good. It is a great insight into the culture of Indonesia and Bali in particular. The performers were great and it moved at a good pace. The show went for a little over an hour and I highly recommend.
Excellent show a must to see when in Bali. Be careful if you are in Australia. The quotes on Tripadvisor are in US dollars
We very much enjoyed our evening. It was well organised. We were picked up from our hotel at the time slot that we were informed about. The show was fantastic. We had prime seats sitting at the front. We really enjoyed learning more about Indonesia's culture and it was done nicely combined into a story with some jokes along the way as well. The acrobats were amazing, too. It was a very enjoyable evening. Can highly recommend it. And very affordable as well.
Ultra modern and comfortable theatre. Extremely talented performers, particularly the aerialists. Colourful and engaging. Makes for a lovely change of things to do in Bali
Definitely make time to see this show if you’re in the Nusa Dua area. It’s about an hour long but it’s a very high quality show showcasing cultural dances across the different Indonesian islands. They were all so good! The dancers are true professionals and there is also a bit of acrobatics. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. We went during low season and the theatre thoughtfully spaced guests with empty seats between parties, which I thought was nice.
Great show, great way to see different dances from all across Indonesia without having to leave your seat in Bali! Booked here on Tripadvisor for a very reasonable price. Show was well paced and entry was easy. It was not peak season when we were there so there were plenty of seats available. Kids in the crowd seemed to have a pretty good time. Don't be one of those people they have to come talk to about filming or flash, they will let you take pics at the end with the lights on so you can see all the costumes so just wait.
The show was an amazing insight into Indonesian Dance and Culture. It was professionally chorographed, the dancing was amazing and the costumes spectacular. Well worth the cost.
We saw the show last night. What an incredible performance by talented local talent. Must see while in Bali 🇮🇩
