deux jours au désert de Zagora, vallée du Drâa de Marrakech

On the way to Zagora we managed to visit the Kasbah of Ouarzazate and return the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. Spend the night in a camp near Zagora. The route between Zagora and the camp was made with camels. We had a small sandstorm, which made the wax excursion more exciting. We had local guides for very precise and authentic local cuisine. I want to thank especially Sakar, the person who accompanied us throughout the trip: he offered us luxury road conditions, we helped solve all our little problems, not to mention his promptness.

We went for one night zagora dessert trip from marrakesh. The drivers we got is ershaf and yusuf - great guys, friendly & very helpful from the pick up till drop off for 2 days and a night for everyone in the trip. It was a wonderful experience for us. Thanks a lot for the drivers/guides. Whole team made our first time Morocco trip a great success and unforgettable especially those guides/drivers. We really loved the whole Trip. Nice experience with the family, but: - It is not a real desert, if you want the Sahara Desert, go for more days and further away. - The journey with children in the van is long, it is about 6 hours but it makes stops. For children it is very long. - Eating places that they bring you are for foreigners, expensive and not very good. - The Jaimas area is normal, with little cleaning of beds. We had a trip of very few days, we knew what we were coming for and it was worth it. The children rode camels, slept in the desert, we sang with the Berbers at night around the fire... It was nice.

The excursion with them was an unforgettable experience. We spent 1 night at the bivoique and 1 in a clean, well-organized hotel. The drivers were helpful and flexible to our needs on time. Looking forward to returning to Marakech

We made the excursion to the Zagora desert in mid-February, with summer temperatures. Our guide Mohamed and driver Ismael were very friendly and explained all our doubts at all times. The first day he came to pick us up closest to our accommodation and then we left for the desert, a trip of about 6 hours but it was enjoyable since we made stops from time to time. We visited a town that belongs to the UNESCO heritage, where we also ate. Around 5 in the afternoon we arrived at an area where we took the camels and from where they took us to the camp in the desert. The guys at the camp were very friendly and very respectful, offering us a welcome tea and telling us about their lives. A very interesting cultural exchange. This excursion is highly recommended if you want to see the interior of Morocco, its towns, its culture and of course the desert 🐪
