Our tour guide (Oliver) was great. Great mix of history, culture, and local color. Appreciated his good humor and local recommendations. My only disappointment was that the booking did not make clear where the tour started so I missed the first 15 minutes.

I do not recommend this operator. On the day of our tour there was pouring rain and winds gusting to 65 km per hour. We still attempted to participate in the outdoor walking tour but became instantly soaked with a broken umbrella due to the wind. It was impossible to hear a guide or carry on a conversation given the conditions. Despite all this, the operator refused to provide even a partial refund. We found this quite unethical.

Paul was a delightful guide with great knowledge of Galway’s history as well as music scene. Great introduction to the city.
