Besuchen Sie die historische Stätte von Pnyx für eine interaktive Sitzung mit Dialogen und Rollenspielen. Werden Sie ein Bürger des klassischen Athen, wählen und sprechen Sie über eine Stadtangelegenheit, durch eine Reise 2500 Jahre zurück in die Zeit. Erleben Sie die antike Demokratie an dem inspirierten Ort, an dem die Athener öffentlichen Versammlungen stattfanden, mit direktem Blick auf die Akropolis, neben den geschnitzten Stufen der Rednerplattform. Dieser Workshop wird von einem Moderator mit einem Hintergrund in Klassischen Studien geleitet und ist eine Einführung in die Athener Demokratie, die für jedermann über 10 Jahren geeignet ist. -Erfahren Sie mehr über Athen an einem Markstein demokratischer Geschichte -Interaktiver Workshop erforscht die wahre Geschichte der Demokratie -Versetzen Sie sich in die Lage eines wählenden Atheners -Sehen Sie den historischen Ort, an dem Athener öffentliche Versammlungen stattfanden -Verwenden Sie einzigartige Nachbildungen antiker griechischer Objekte.

- Da dieser Workshop ein Outdoor-Erlebnis ist, ist gutes Wetter erforderlich. Falls der Kurs wegen schlechten Wetters abgesagt wird, werden Sie mindestens 3 Stunden im Voraus benachrichtigt und haben die Möglichkeit, zwischen einem anderen Termin, einem ähnlichen Workshop oder einer vollständigen Rückerstattung zu wählen.
- Die Sprache ist einfaches Englisch. Es wird keine schwierigen Wörter oder Begriffe geben.
- Es gibt keine Toiletten oder Kantinen auf dem Hügel - vielleicht finden Sie eine in der Nähe des Treffpunkts.
- Da dieser Workshop an einem historischen Ort mit historischen und kulturellen Aspekten stattfindet, müssen alle Teilnehmer Ethik, Gesetze und respektvolle Verhaltensregeln (Geborgenheit, Sauberkeit, Foto- / Videoaufnahmen, Kleiderordnung, Lautstärke usw.) respektieren und respektieren höflich während der gesamten Sitzung. Unser Moderator hat das Recht, Ihre Teilnahme ohne Rückerstattung zu kündigen, falls Ihr Verhalten in Bezug auf den Ort oder die Personen nicht respektiert wird.
- Geeignet für Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 10 Jahren. Minderjährige Teilnehmer KÖNNEN NICHT alleine buchen, mindestens ein Erwachsener sollte auch buchen, der auch dafür verantwortlich ist, sie zu beaufsichtigen.

- Um zur Pnyx-Rednerplattform zu gelangen, müssen wir 300 m bergauf gehen. Das kann körperlich anstrengend sein. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie bequeme Schuhe und Kleidung tragen und dass Sie gut sitzen, damit Sie voll teilnehmen können.

Great fun being Athenians on Pnyx Hill! Eleneora was really lovely and engaged our Ancient Greeks enthusiastic child really well! We were lucky to be the only ones in the workshop and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend and really want to come back to do the philosophy workshop one day!

I was very pleased to have organized and participated in an engaging and highly experiential workshop on ancient Athenian democracy and its lesson for today. Facilitated by the enthusiastic Renia and Alexi, I watched as the group of university students that I had brought from Toronto, Canada, who did not have a background in philosophy, classics nor political science, become willing to actively listen and participate in the workshop was illuminating. I appreciated the clarity of the instructional materials and case study scenarios and the opportunity to perform historically signifiant roles, thereby giving students insights into Athenian social organization and political and civic life. The various activities, including one in which involved testing students and staging a competition on their knowledge acquisition of the various monuments and relics at Pynx Hill was enthralling. Hellas Revival was a pleasure to work with administratively as well. Highly recommended.

We did the Democracy program in Pnyka and had a fantastic time!!!! The organization was perfect and the people wonderful!!! Amazing experience, we all loved it! It is a fun and educational activity and I highly recommend it for families with teenagers as ours. My son proved himself a great orator, while my daughter surprised us with her solid arguments. It was definitely the best couple of hours that we spent together as a family in Athens.

Unique and authentic experience, we got substantial information on how politics evolved until the birth of democracy 2500 years ago, and then we acted as citizens, spoke and took decisions and voted on ostrakons! Olga was an amazing instructor she makes it look as if we knew many things already. The place is also wonderful, it is the real location where the ancient people gathered to vote, right opposite the Acropolis with great view.

Cannot recommend it enough! Beautiful location with Acropolis view, very close to Acropolis. The tour was amazing! Best thing my family did in Athens (3 teen girls) ! Learned a lot about the history, but most important in a fun way, we spoke, we voted, we took roles. My teens did not allow me to show the action pictures, but well I hope I gave an idea. The price is for 5 persons.
