Jeden Tag gibt es in der Altstadt von Florenz ein besonderes gastronomisches Erlebnis: 4-Gänge-Kochkurs! Es dauert ungefähr 4 Stunden und findet in Florenz statt. Der Kochkurs beginnt: Vier der traditionellsten toskanischen Gerichte werden lebendig. Aperitif, handgemachte Pastagerichte mit Saucen, Hauptgerichte aus Fleisch und Gemüse sowie ein Dessert sind das Herzstück des kulinarischen Erlebnisses. Zu den Erlebnissen gehören Wasser und Wein. Am Ende der Lektion gibt es die "Verkostung von Speisen": Sie schmecken, was Sie gekocht haben. Vegetarische Option verfügbar.

This was actually one the best meals we had in Florence! The class was wonderful and hands on. It wasn't just about pasta making. We learned some great tips and tricks. Our hosts were wondrful and kind. 10/10

The chef was an excellent and patient teacher! The menu was simple and delicious. Event was well attended, organized, great facility (although it was quite a hike for us from our hotel).

The food we learned how to cook a d then taste/eat was excellent. Felt rushed to eat.. we were done at 7:30 snd out the door
The class size was a too large to really participate and do any cooking. It was awkward because some people were not good at taking turns. The instructions where given all at one time vs step by step as you go - so there where long periods of just listening. The wine was only served at the end and it wasn’t good. And… we sat at a table were we saw our gnocchi still sitting there, so we did not eat what we supposedly prepared. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.
