Delft ist eine kompakte Stadt und das schöne Stadtzentrum ist praktisch autofrei, was es perfekt zum Spazierengehen macht. Während unserer zweistündigen Tour erfahren Sie mehr über die historische Bedeutung der charmantesten Stadt Hollands, besuchen den Geburtsort des Malers Johannes Vermeer, bewundern die typische Delfter Blau-Keramik und entdecken ihre Verbindung zur königlichen Familie.

Entdecken Sie die Stadt der weltberühmten Delfter Blauen Keramik, des Mädchens mit dem Perlenohrring und die Heimat wichtiger königlicher Geschichte. Betreten Sie die Live-Viewing-Box mit einem fachkundigen Guide, der Ihnen etwas über die Geschichte der Stadt erzählt, welche Orte Sie nach der Tour besuchen sollten und welche Touristenfallen Sie meiden sollten.
Die Alte Kirche, im Volksmund auch „Der krumme Johannes“ genannt, stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert und thront hoch über dem Platz, an dem unsere Tour beginnt.
Mit einer Länge von 120 m und einer Breite von 50 m ist der Markt einer der größten niederländischen Stadtplätze. Mit der großen Alten Kirche und dem Rathaus auf beiden Seiten ist es das pulsierende Herz der Stadt. An jedem Tag ist der Platz voller Caféterrassen und unzähliger kleiner Aktivitäten. Richtig lebendig wird es jedoch an Nationalfeiertagen, wenn sich die Einheimischen versammeln, um Live-Musik, Marktstände und Imbisswagen zu genießen.
Dieses einzigartige Wahrzeichen wurde ursprünglich als Wohngebäude erbaut, dient heute aber als Hauptbüro der regionalen Wasserbehörde. Aufgrund der glockenförmigen Blumen, die rund um die Veranda wuchsen, wurde es früher auch „Haus der Glocken“ genannt.

Disgraceful. Guide didn’t turn up. When he was contacted after he was 10 minutes late we were told the tour was cancelled but nobody was told. No refund has been received yet but it is not about the money. The tour being cancelled wasted our time and meant we couldn’t book any other tour on that afternoon. Very disappointing.

Very nice and interesting tour, even for locals. Kiki is an excellent guide. She does not only share a lot of interesting facts but is also very kind and willing to share extra information.
This was a 'free walking tour in Delft. Michel provided interesting anecdotes and history while walking around central Delft landmarks. He was great at engaging all members of the party and kept track of us in the crowded areas. Would recommend.

Entertaining guide. His English was good, but he spoke a touch too quickly. Even I (and English is my 1st language) missed one or two things he said because they were spoken too rapidly, and just occasionally mis-pronounced a few words. But hey! - I don't speak a word of Dutch so I can't really complain! He was very knowledgeable and answered questions quite effectively. My only other slight criticism was he spent just a little too long chatting about where people were from, mixed with some rather irrelevant information. (We didn't get moving until around 1.50pm.) BUT....he did a good job and the walk was entertaining and interesting.

Our guide, a young college student, was on her second week on the job. She was prompt, very pleasant. Her knowledge was fine, some questions she couldn’t answer. But. She. Spoke. Too. Fast. And. Too. Soft. I asked her to speak slowly and louder, to no avail. Her sentences often trailed off at the end. Very, very difficult to understand.
