Dies ist eine Kleingruppentour und nutzt entweder einen 15-sitzigen Personentransporter oder einen 7-sitzigen Minivan, je nach Gruppengröße am Tag der Tour. Die Abholung vom Hotel erfolgt von den Bereichen Las Vegas Strip und Fremont Street. Sie erhalten 24 Stunden vor dem Tourtermin eine E-Mail mit allen Informationen, die Sie benötigen. Die Abholzeiten des Hotels sind zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und 5:30 Uhr morgens.

Your information is not up to date. The trip was cancelled due to weather conditions. This is probably for a longer period but the trip can still be booked for that period. The first time we were outside at 4.45am with no notice of cancellation of your can. 2 the time is cash withdrawn pity
Dank u voor uw bericht. We hebben drie keer geprobeerd contact met u op te nemen, vanaf drie dagen vóór uw tour, maar helaas zonder succes. Het lijkt er ook op dat het telefoonnummer in uw reservering onjuist was, waardoor we u niet konden bereiken. De tour is drie dagen van tevoren officieel geannuleerd vanwege de weersomstandigheden, maar het lijkt erop dat u de melding niet heeft gezien. Onze excuses voor het ongemak. We helpen u graag verder met het verzetten van de tour of bij andere vragen.

The tour got canceled and nobody from viator nor the experience tours informed me , I was waiting in the pickup point at 6 am, spent the night in Las Vegas so as to go to this tour and it was so disappointing. When someone finally picked up the phone , he was very rude like it was my fault that I was unaware of the change of plans. Next time communicate better
