Buying the tickets from Trip Advisor and redeeming the tickets on my phone at the entrance was very simple. No wait when we got there at 11 am. Quick ride up 500 feet in an elevator to a Birds Eye view of Washington including the White House and some history displays. I noticed there are different options and prices for these tickets on TA. Get the least expensive ones available. They are all the same. Another option is to order them from the government website 30 days prior for free . Enjoy. A must do once in your lifetime

They texted me the tickets. I basically paid for the tickets that were claimed within minutes from the recreation.gov site. I was logged in when they were released and could not get them. These companies snap them up and then sell them to you at a profit. There is nothing else associated with the tour other than receiving the tickets. I wanted to do this so I paid it. Annoying cash grab.

When we arrived at the monument, we were informed they do not honor tickets from this Company. The Parks attendant stated “ They always do this.”

The park service sells the same ticket for $1. Unfortunately they disapear within a second of being released the day before. Only way to get up the monument was to pay these guys $25 for the same ticket. Looks like scalping to me. Someone is making a fortune here in a very dishonest way.
