The tour was incredible, our guide was very well prepared, knows history, and is also very pleasant!! The transportation was very good and the places we visited were wonderful!
Very informative and lots of opportunities to explore. Rafael was a great host and guide. Be careful if you don't want to walk.
Great experience Raphael and driver Tanya were awesome. We did the night time tour and got to see all the monuments lit up at night. Would highly recommend.
We had a party of five, paid over $500 for the open air tour of the monuments at night. Before the tour it had rained but by the time of our tour, the rain was over. The van next to us with the same company same tour took the windows off. When I asked the driver if we were taking the windows off she said “no ma’am! The windows are too hard to get off!” What!?!? While every other vehicle around us enjoyed a beautiful evening tour of the monuments, we were stuck on a stuffy bus. I did think the monuments were beautiful at night but there are a lot of other options that may gaurentee the open air experience that you pay for!
You are paying extra for the open top vehicle, that’s why you go with this tour. If there is one raindrop they have the option to not take the top off. The vehicle right beside us from the same company took their top off. When I asked the driver if we would be taking the top off she said “NO MAM!! It is too hard to take off!” What?!?!?!? The evening was beautiful (it was not raining during our tour time, it had rained beforehand but had stopped and actually made the evening weather amazing.) We were enclosed in a stuffy vehicle watching all the others around us with open air vehicles. The decision is apparently up to the driver and she seemed “put out” that we even asked. We had a family of 5 so paid over $500 for this experience! The monuments are beautiful at night but there are many other options that would gaurentee an open air experience.
Tour guide Rob and driver Shawn were wonderful. So nice. It was a little hard to hear Rob sometimes. And getting home after the tour was a little difficult. The monuments we saw were amazing and the information shared on them was well thought out and valuable.
Rafael our tour guide was great. A native DC guy he shared a lot of factual historical information and mixed in personal history about the recent evolution of the city and monuments. Tyrone our driver was great took us to all the famous monuments including crossing the Potomac to Iwo Jima and Arlington national cemetery in Virginia. The convertible van was awesome. Highly recommend this tour
Convenient and relaxing way to see monuments without the hassle of driving or parking. Nice ride in open air in very clean, comfortable sprinter van with glass open top.
Ricky and Buzz were amazing! Ricky drove us expertly while Buzz provided interesting information. Buzz was so knowledgeable about every monument! He gave interesting information and answered all questions with acumen. He was playful with my grandchildren, ages 9 and 12, while continuing to provide educational insight. He spoke eloquently for 3 hours giving dates, facts, and insight without using a single note! And when another guest became difficult at one point for a short moment ,both Buzz and Ricky diffused the situation with grace and dignity quickly and expertly. We could not have had a better tour experience! We recommend this tour and these guides without hesitation! They provided a 5 star experience! It was a wonderful way to see all the monuments! Thank you!!
Very knowledgeable and fun tour
