This might have been the BEST excursion experience of our cruise. We took a flyer on this because we wanted to customize our visit. Jordi reached out to us ahead of the port call and we worked out an itinerary. Complicated because the Central Market is closed Sundays and access to the Valencia Cathedral is naturally limited. Jordi persuaded us to include the City of Science and Culture — great call. Then in the old city center, Jordi escorted us to every site. He even managed to get us into a part of the Cathedral that was closed off that morning. Great visit and fantastic guide.

My husband and I met Sonja for our private tour of Valencia and it was the best time! Sonja took us to the beach, old and new Valencia, to a food market that was a great experience and after walking through town to her favorite place to eat for true Valencia Paella. I will never forget this tour.

Ana did an amazing job showing us the highlights of Valencia. We all loved seeing the new modern part of Valencia along with the older historic part. We asked her to drop us off at a particular restaurant and she went out of her way to confirm that reservation as well as make sure it was not a 3 hour meal as we had to get back to our ship. I highly recommend this small family owned tour company- you get great personal service.

Jorge, part owner of Quality Guided Tours, majored in art history in the local university so he was able to explain the meaning of the architecture, gargoyles, churches, etc., which was a real highlight. He used to be the President o the Tourist Board so the other tour guides greeted him with admiration. As we were walking by a local artist and manufacturer of exquisite hand fans, we popped in and had a fantastic conversation. Jorge knows EVERYONE and was willing to share.

Jorge is one of the best guides in this part of Spain. We used his small private company both in Valencia and in Cartagena (with Alyssa as guide). He was enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He was sensitive to my wife's somewhat slower mobility and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend Quality Tours.

I've toured with Jorge Linares before. He was outstanding the first time,in Cartagena, and equally outstanding this time in Valencia. Jorge obviously loves his country, and knows a tremendous amount of its history, legends, attractions, facts. He created a custom tour of Valencia for the short port time I had while visiting Spain, and I was able to see, enjoy, and learn about everything I wanted to see and experience. Jorge has a very nice car, too, and it saved time while allowing a wider area of exploration in supreme comfort. Jorge is available in various parts of Spain for many kinds of tours. His tours are far better than anything the cruise ships offer. I definitely would tour with Jorge again, and very highly recommend him as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very good company, and dedicated to making sure that his tour clients have the best possible experience while in his care and in Spain. Dear customer, You booked a private tour with private car (new BMW X1) and also a private tour guide just for you during 4 hours. You changed the itinerary many times and we brought you to many different places not included in the tour and we paid extra private parkings. After 4 hours working hard to provide the best tour... you said "over priced". Please read the other opinions about our private tours in Valencia, Cartagena or Alicante. Would not recommend you as a client.
