Chiara was amazing guide and leader.
The trip was really good, Como, Bellagio and lugano are beautiful. It was a great experience. Kiara was wonderful, she is really nice and funny. I really recommend it. 🇮🇹🇨🇭

We really enjoyed our trip with Sonia and Vincent. Sonia was Very knowledgeable and helpful and we really enjoyed our tour. Vincent was also very friendly and helpful and took and safely to Lake Como and back. We highly recommend this tour to everyone who is looking to get to Como from Milan.
Very well organized, full-day trip from Milano to Lake Como. The communication with the tour operator was excellent prior to the tour and all instructions were very clear. Bus was clean and comfortable, and our guide, Chiara was excellent. She explained all of the meeting points and times clearly and did a great job of narrating the tour in both English and Spanish. The trip from Milano to the lake is only about one hour, followed by 90 minutes of time to explore the town of Como. Traveler tip: free bathroom in MacDonalds on the 2nd floor! After that, its a 2 hour boat ride to Bellagio, making stops along the way and seeing all of the picturesque towns on both sides of the lake. Another 2 hour stop in Bellagio, which is very beautiful. We opted to eat lunch in a restaurant, which was excellent (La Dolce Vita), but then we had less time to explore the town. If you can bring some food or grab a snack on the boat ride, you will maximize your time exploring Bellagio. Another 15 minute boat ride across to Mennagio to get back on the bus to Milan, which was about 2 hours. All in all, if you've only got one day to see Lake Como, I'd say this is a great tour option to maximize your time.
Sonia was amazing. I ordered the private boat experience (an option when I booked well ahead of time) but they cancelled the private boat a few days before the tour. The public boat was hot, crowded, and long. Sonia the guide was informative, amazing and friendly. She had great recommendations and overall wonderful person to tour with. I also ordered the English tour but it was mixed with other languages, which distracted from the experience. But kudos to Sonia for being fluent in so many! The area is amazingly beautiful, just wish we had been able to do the private boat we hoped for (I did get refunded the extra we paid for that promptly).

However, we are very glad you decided to join us, as the public ferry cruise actually offered a major hidden advantage for your itinerary! The public cruise allowed you to experience the beauty of Lake Como in its absolute entirety, sailing all the way between Como and Bellagio to admire all the world-famous historic villas and stunning panoramic views. A private boat charter for that day would have covered a much shorter, limited route confined only to the northern part of the lake, causing you to miss some of its most iconic spots.
