An alle Kaffeetrinker und Naturliebhaber: Erfahren Sie mehr über die Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Bohnen und Gewürzen. Tám Trình Coffee Experiences liegt einen Kilometer von Elephant Falls entfernt. Unsere Plantagentour gibt Einblicke in den Kaffeeanbau und verfolgt den Prozess der Kaffeebohne von der Plantage bis zur Tasse. Die Tour beginnt mit einem kurzen Spaziergang durch die Plantage. Auf diesem Weg erfahren Besucher mehr über das Wachstum der Kaffeepflanzen, von den Setzlingen in den Baumschulen bis zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Pflanzung und Ernte auf den Plantagen. Die Tour endet mit einem Besuch des Kaffeelabors und der Rösterei. Dort lernen Sie verschiedene Mischungen kennen und probieren die Aromen des Kaffees, den Tám Trình zu bieten hat. Die Tour wird von einem örtlichen Bauern durchgeführt, der über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung im Anbau verfügt.

The Tam Trinh Coffee Experience is a magical place surrounded by misty mountains, the Elephant Waterfall and Linh An pagoda…drink the locally brewed coffee and enjoy. Only about 30 minutes drive from the airport and Dalat, Lam Ha is a few degrees warmer than Dalat and a garden of Eden for avocados, pepper, all types of fruit and flowers, without forgetting the coffee which you can learn more about during you visit to Tam Trịnh! The farm is very nicely located and you get an insight into coffee growing in Vietnam and can ask many questions. A view of the Elephant waterfall, which is currently closed, is also available. After the tour we were able to try out how to make coffee with the small filter. Our tour guide Nina was super nice and explained and told us a lot. It was a lot of fun to look at the farm with her and she showed us the best photo spots.

Tip for people from Da Lat: We didn’t want to do a full-day tour, so we decided to take a Grab from Da Lat to the plantation and asked the driver to wait for a couple of hours. This worked perfectly. The tour itself was fantastic! Our guide spoke excellent English and made the whole experience engaging and interactive. Rather than just listing facts, the guide checked in to make sure we understood and were enjoying the process. It was a great way to learn about how coffee is made. Highly recommended if you’re interested in learning more about coffee plantation and production!
