Der verwendete Reisebus hat beim Einsteigen mehrere Stufen und die Fahrgäste werden im Laufe des Tages mehrmals in das Fahrzeug ein- und aussteigen. Die geführten Wanderungen in der Mossman Gorge und am Cape Tribulation Beach gelten beide als leicht und unter 1 km zurück.

This tour brought us to several different parts of the rainforest which were all beautiful. I especially liked the views at Cape Tribulation. The tour guide was terrific as well. Our guide was Adrian. From pickup to the end of the tour he had nice bits of trivia and facts from history to make the experience more entertaining. He made his genuine enthusiasm and care for this region apparent with his depth of knowledge about the plants and animals. He also was great at telling stories about history in a way that kept us engaged the whole time and he had a great sense of humor about him. Also, it includes ice cream! And this ice cream was delicious! I highly recommend this tour. You will not regret it.
Adrian Hazel was an incredible and extremely knowledgeable person. He has an incredible aura and style too, a company you would thoroughly enjoy. I absolutely enjoyed my trip with friends experiencing the wonderful nature and learning a lot on the visit to Mossman Gorge, Daintree Rainforest, Alexandria Lookout, lunch stopover at Heritage Lodge, Cape Tribulation and Daintree Ice cream co. I would highly recommend Down Under Tours and a request for Adrian H for their trip.
Travelled with Adrian H, who was an excellent guide - professional, extremely knowledgeable and entertaining from beginning to end. Had a sensible amount of time at each stop, and the food offerings included were delicious.

What a fab day! Our pickup was simple, and once on board we felt right at home. It is a bit bumpy but that’s all part of the fun. Adrian Hazel was our guide, he was fab. Gave us loads of great information and stories about the area and the indigenous people who care for the Daintree rainforest. Down Under Eco Tours certainly know how to fill a day to the max! Highly recommend 😁
I really enjoyed the tour. The commentary was very detailed with scientific and historical information.
The Daintree Rainforest is often described as the oldest continuously surviving tropical rainforest. It was such an educational experience, with so much to learn, plus some really nice food. Daniel, our guide, made everyone laugh and made the day even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed it!
This was a most amazing experience. Our guide Daniel was so well informed about the history, botany of the various locations that we visited. The oldest rainforest in the world was beautiful and he taught us so much about the different plants and animals. 5 salt water crocodiles were visible on the river portion and then we walked on a beautiful beach at Cale Tribulation. We had a delicious lunch and ended the day with a special Australian ice cream treat. It was a long day, but very educational and enjoyable. 10/10 experience
This is the second time doing this tour. It covers many spots. The first time the tour flowed beautifully. I enjoyed it so much I booked it again but unfortunately this time around the tour guide was rushing the entire tour. He was knowledgeable explained everything but you couldn't relax with him & enjoy what was being presented as he was making a point of being back on time so he wouldn't come back late to clean the tour bus. Towards the end of the tour it started raining. Instead of leaving us Infront of our hotel. He dropped us off across the road. I don't have a problem crossing the road but NOT in the rain with NO umbrellas. We came back drenched as once again he was in a hurry to go back in time to clean the tour bus. Not happy with what he did. Will not be booking Down Under Tours in a hurry.
