Dünenbuggy in Huacachina

We had an amazing experience with Sam Travel Experience! Sam himself is so kind and helpful. And the experience was amazing, such beautiful scenery, fun dune buggy and sand sledding rides, and amazing sunset. Must do and I very much recommend Sam! My partner and I had actually booked a private tour with a different operator who didn’t show up. Our meeting point was close by to Sam’s business and when he saw we needed help, he first helped us by trying to call the tour operator (who answered his call after not answering 3 of ours), speaking to them to try to figure out our tour with the other company, and after we realized they weren’t coming he added us to the sunset group tour operated by his company. It was extremely kind hospitality even when starting out he was helping us to go with another company.

100% recommend this tour if you are visiting Huacachina! Everything is well organised and the company is proactive with reaching out and helping if you have any questions. The tour was great going the dunes and everyone has an opportunity to try out sand boarding. Our guide let people go more than once if we wished to. We also had enough time to stop and take pictures and the guide also took pictures for the group which was very helpful. We ended in time to watch the sunset before heading back to the town.

An "extreme" experience, lots of adrenaline, beautiful scenery and good care. I booked it online but they were always coordinating in a personalized way. Very good

So much fun! Crazy driver and a lot of adrenaline! Sandboarding was amazing! We wanted to do it after the paracas trip and this was no problem!

Lots of fun being driven over the dunes, with plenty of time for photos and the opportunity to sandboard. The start of the tour was disorganised - we were told to meet at a hostel at 15:45, but were then told at 16:30 to walk to the dunes. We probably didn’t lose much time, but we were waiting around for a while with no communication from the company.

The experience was so fun with sandboarding, buggy drivers are very professional always caring about safety first and also very kind. Enjoying a sunset in the dessert in Peru was unique.

The accompaniment and service has been excellent. Super recommended for all EU want to know Peru and its different activities.

The tours, the yransport were very cheverous. It struck me that in the two plans we chose there was no mention of samtravels, but everything was still very good!!

The buggy ride in the Huacachina Oasis was one of the most incredible tourist experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled quite a bit. The adventure begins in a breathtaking setting, with stunning views of the massive dunes. The place is packed with buggies — or, as I like to call them, true Mad Max-style sand conquerors. Each buggy holds about eight people, and while it’s an adventurous ride, it’s surprisingly comfortable for what it is. But don’t forget: this is an adrenaline-packed activity! It feels like a rollercoaster in the middle of the desert, with the roar of the engine as you go up and down massive dunes that make your stomach churn with excitement. It’s worth every penny, and the price is surprisingly affordable for everything you get. And the best part? We made several stops to slide down the dunes on sandboards and watched a stunning sunset disappearing behind the golden, fine sands. Our driver was fantastic and very attentive. I highly recommend this experience, and I would gladly do it again!

Was very fun and the guide was nice. We had booked the tour of one hour, you then walked 5min to a car and after another 40min was dropped off again to walk back through the oasis. So a little shorter than expected and therefore not quite cheap. But you must have made it very funny. The oasis is very nice.
