Dear Susana, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that your arrival transfer did not meet the standard we strive to provide. As soon as we realized there would be a delay, we immediately sent you an apology through the Viator chat, which unfortunately was the only communication method available, as it was your preferred method. Since the day of your reservation, we had suggested using WhatsApp, as it is our preferred way to communicate with arriving guests because messages are received much faster. We also attempted to reach you by SMS but did not receive a reply. We fully acknowledge that we arrived late. According to our vehicle's GPS tracker, the delay was 10 minutes, and it was caused by an unexpected mechanical issue when the vehicle's V-belt broke while on the way to the airport. While unforeseen, we understand how frustrating any delay can be after a long journey, and for that we are truly sorry. We would also like to clarify that our offer of a complimentary return airport transfer was never intended to discourage you from posting an honest review. It was simply our way of showing how genuinely sorry we were for the inconvenience and our desire to make things right. That offer still stands, and we would be honored to provide your return transfer at no cost if you choose to accept it. Meanwhile, since our service did not meet your exoectations and we were late, we have requested a refund for your incoming transfer via Viator. We truly value every guest who places their trust in us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving.
