El horario de recogida en la playa debía respetarse para poder regresar al puerto a tiempo y no poner en riesgo al resto de los pasajeros que también debían volver a su crucero. En este caso, su grupo no se encontraba disponible en el punto de encuentro cuando correspondía continuar con el recorrido, por lo que, después del tiempo operativo disponible, el tour tuvo que salir sin ustedes. También queremos aclarar categóricamente que nuestros vehículos están destinados exclusivamente a los pasajeros reservados para nuestros tours. No subimos ni cobramos a personas ajenas al grupo durante la operación, por lo que esa parte de la reseña no corresponde con nuestros procedimientos ni con lo ocurrido. Entendemos la frustración que puede generar perder el transporte de regreso, pero cuando un pasajero no se presenta en el punto de encuentro dentro del horario establecido, debemos priorizar el regreso puntual del resto del grupo al puerto. Lamentamos que esta situación haya afectado su experiencia, pero no consideramos correcto afirmar que fueron “olvidados” en la playa.

The vehicle and driver assigned to this tour were not reassigned to an airport transfer or any other service during the excursion. Mambo Beach was included in the tour, and the group was taken there. On busy cruise days, the order and timing of stops may be adjusted due to traffic, port movement, and local conditions, but the intention is always to complete the advertised experience as smoothly as possible. Regarding the return to the cruise ship, transportation back to the port was part of the service. Choosing to take a separate taxi was the guest’s personal decision and was not required because of any cancellation of the return transfer by our team. We take organization and guest experience seriously, and while we regret that you left with a negative impression, we do not agree with the claim that the tour was operated for an unrelated airport transfer or that guests were abandoned.

Curaçao was experiencing very high temperatures that day, and while the AC was operating, the inside of the vehicle may not have felt as cold as expected due to the outside heat and frequent stops. The shopping portion of this tour is a free, non-guided stop where guests can explore Punda at their own pace. The driver was not reassigned to another service and did not leave the group to perform taxi work. Due to parking limitations and traffic in the area, including a slow trolley moving through Punda, the driver had to circle around before returning to the pickup point. This was explained at the time, and the delay was not significant enough to remove or cancel any advertised tour stop. We also do not agree with the statement that belongings were placed at risk intentionally. Our team’s goal is always to keep the tour moving safely and professionally while managing local traffic and parking restrictions. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but based on our review, the tour was operated, the itinerary was provided, and no stop was skipped due to the short traffic-related delay.
