Ausflug zum Strand von Cumbuco. Abfahrt ab 7:50 Uhr mit Einschiffung von Hotels an der Küste von Fortaleza. Rückkehr um 16:00 Uhr. Die Route wird von einem entsprechend qualifizierten Reiseleiter und Fahrer begleitet. Als Stützpunkt nutzten wir das wunderschöne Restaurantzelt Chico do Caranguejo.

Very negative experience with Girafa Tour. What is advertised as a tour ends up being just a transportation service, without real accompaniment. The so-called tour guides only charge for the tour and, upon reaching the destinations, disappear, without helping to solve problems or providing clear information to passengers. On the ride to Cumbuco Beach, the lack of organization was obvious: we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to pick up the buggy due to agency coordination problems, missing a significant part of the tour. On the tour to the Beach Park, in addition to the delay in departure (planned for 9:20 and held after 10:00), the guide also disappeared upon arrival, leaving the passengers without support, guidance and no explanation. Finally, supposed discounts on tickets were offered, which turned out to be misleading information, as in reality it was only a commission for the guide, with no real benefit for the customer. Unorganized, unprofessional service with misleading practices. We do not recommend this agency.
