Fantastic experience. Excellent organization and a very professional team, especially the diving team (bottle and snorkeling). The experience alone does not deserve 5 stars due to the poor service provided by the photography company One Shot, which works in partnership with this activity. Although the photographer is professional, it ended up damaging the end of the tour. There was an excessive delay in the presentation of the photographs so that customers could select the ones they intended to purchase, creating an indirect pressure for the purchase of the complete package, the price of which was quite high. Even after some trading, the value was reduced, but continued above expected. In addition, after we agreed to the purchase, additional fees were applied at the time of payment without notice. Although we were presented with a certain amount in our currency, the charge was made in the local currency, plus the high fees associated with the payment terminal, making the final value significantly higher than agreed. This situation generated discontent and discussions among several customers who acquired photographs, causing a great delay in the completion of the process. As a result, me and other customers ended up missing the transport back to the hotel. Fortunately, the tour manager and the diving team acted exemplary. Recognizing that the responsibility for the situation was not the customers, he demanded that the photography company ensure the transportation of the affected passengers, and taxis were provided for all customers who were left without transportation. Taking this incident related to the photography company, the activity itself was excellent and I highly recommend it.

From the beginning they helped me with the date and coordination of the tour, they were very kind! They picked us up from the hotel, we went to check in at the port to wait in line to board the boat, we paid the tourist tax, and we left. The tour was incredible; my partner didn't know how to swim and they helped him gain confidence and get in, it being his first time in open water, they were super attentive, patient, understanding, and very kind. The food on the boat was good and the drinks were too. The snorkeling stops were guided and always mindful of the environment; the white island was beautiful, obviously very crowded due to the season, but we were able to enjoy it for at least a little while. Finally, the return trip was incredible; we were lucky and saw dolphins. Definitely one of the best experiences! Thank you very much!

We spent the whole day on an excursion with this incredible team—my wife, our 4-year-old son Diego, and I—and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences of our vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and warmth. The entire staff was professional, friendly, patient, and always ready to help. They took great care of every detail, especially safety during both the diving and snorkeling activities, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with complete confidence. The food was absolutely delicious and served with great care. What touched our hearts the most was the way they treated our son, Diego. They welcomed him with so much love and affection, making him feel like part of their family. They looked after him with such kindness and attention that it felt as if he were their own child. Seeing him so happy made this experience even more special for us. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience with wonderful people, this is the place. Staff were amazing, we had a fantastic day, we were a large family and all kids tried the diving, the safety was there first priority and they were on top of all their party. Can’t recommend this company enough. Staff were all amazing people who made us feel safe and made this day really memorable. Amazing day x

It was good, but you could stay longer on the island

During the dive, the guide carefully explained each step, ensured safety at all times, and showed great attention to detail.
