Kreuzfahrtschiff Wildlife Tour

Love the itinerary. Great staffs. Good time management for us to get back to the ship.

The visit to the wildlife park was good and the raptor bird show was excellent. It was great seeing the fur seals. Our guide could have been more informative - he provided some historical details in the early part but was not involved in the visit to the seal cove or the wildlife park. The cost of the excursion warranted some information about the seals. The food and water on the bus were nice touches but no seatbelts on the dirt roads is a concern. We would have also appreciated clearer directions on what was happening, where and when to meet, etc. This was not as professional as most tours we have done.

Wildlife Park was awesome, especially the Birds of Prey. Seal beach had lots of seal and beautiful views. I recommend this tour if you can endure a total of 2.5 hours on the bus which wasn’t all that comfortable.

Visiting the wildlife refuge and raptor domain were wonderful experiences. Being able to feed the Ka garoos and pet the Koalas made it special. Knowing that most of the animals and birds are rescues made it a special story. The stop at Seal Bay was a bit short. We had to make a quick stop at the Eucalyptus Distillery on the way due to a problem with the speaker system. So we didn't stop there on the return as we needed to get back in time to meet the ship.

Excellent tour, highlighted by seeing wild kangaroos, our guide Frank did an excellent job of getting us around safely and quickly, even though we got a very late start due to some people not coming off the ship in a timely fashion. In fact, they never showed up and we waited around for over an hour.

Tour was as described. The driver waited for all guests to arrive from the tenders before leaving. Saw a lot of wild life including feeding a Kangaroo.

Excellent experience. I am handicapped and was able to communicate with Collin thru viator and he was more than accommodating. The tour is terrific. Feeding kangaroos and holding birds was almost the highlight. I think the baby sea-lion on the beach took top prize. Fish and chips highly recommended at our lunch stop. Definitely do this tour.

Book with confidence. This company makes every effort to communicate effectively and honor their commitments. When our cruise tour had to be cancelled due to rough sea conditions and our ship's captain not being willing to operate tenders in those conditions, Kangaroo Island Tours & Bus Charters refunded the full payment without any hassle. I am sad that we did not get the opportunity to visit Kangaroo Island on this trip. In the future, if we are able to return, we will most definitely book a tour with this company.

Unfortunately I was unable to go on this tour. High winds and brutal tide prevented tender runs to the shore However the service had been superior . We were picking me up at the pier and returning to the ship. Don't hesitate to book with them. I am disappointed I didn't met this exceptional men and women.

Unfortunately the waves would not allow us to take the tenders to shore. We actually missed the tour. However, the tour company immediately requested a refund for us and it was processed right away. Although we missed the tour, that level of customer service deserves recognition!
