We really enjoyed the experience, the guides pointed out some dolphins on the way which was an added bonus that we would have missed. They were polite, helpful, and very explanatory. Would definitely recommend!
It was amazing would definitely do it again. It was a simple process to get there and the waiting area is very nice.
This was a nice trip with plenty of time in the water, with excellent staff. This was much less expensive version of a private booking, but still all of the fun and sun one could ask for.
It was an amazing experience. This was my first time and I absolutely love everything. The crew was amazing and did a fantastic job. We even got to see dolphins swim next to the boat on our way back to dock. I will be doing it again. Family friendly and if you are solo or a couple, it's great for everyone.
This vendor has very poor communication. They changed our tour time and sent a single message for a large group of 11 who booked 3 months in advance. Needless to say we missed our tour and they laughed at us over the phone when we called to figure out what could be done. They did not offer us a refund or to rebook. We were able to get a refund from Viator thank goodness as we paid about $700 i would not book with this vendor.
I usually only go with 5 star reviews but thought I’d give this one a try especially since it was BYOB. I will not be booking again. The night before the excursion, we were notified via text that they just got their liquor license and we wouldn’t be able to BYOB. The captains were nice, but mediocre compared to past experiences.
Canceled last minute (literally night before) and said refund would take 10 days. No apology, nothing.
There was a boy named Kingston that was working on the boat that was very unpleasant! There was a party on the Patel board I kindly asked if when they were finished if I could use it. They stated they were done when I got on. Kingston stated he needed the Patel board I let him know I asked he stated I had 20 min to use it. When I got back he stated I went to far then I advised him that if there are rules and time limits that should be advised before we get to crab island. He proceeded to get on the Patel board for his own relaxation not for anyone else on the boat. I don’t understand why there is a kid working on a boat let alone in the water playing instead of working. I’ve been on plenty of charter boats and this by far was the absolute worst experience!
Easy to book and check in. Tour is exactly what it says - 3 hour tour to Crab Island. Captains were friendly and accommodating.
Excellent experience. Everything was great—the service was very good, and the staff in charge of the boats were very friendly. I came from Orlando, Florida with my family, and we had an amazing time. 100% recommended.
