There were 13 of us in a group, 7 adults and 6 kids and this was the perfect option for us all to travel together to our resort day excursion from the cruise ship. Hugo waited for us at the resort until we were ready to leave to get back to the ship. He was kind and very personable. He offered to drive us around town with the extra time we had. He also offered to get us to the resort quickly OR take the coastal route for amazing veiws.

Hugo was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We learned so much and everyone felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend him as a driver.

I was in charge of getting 51 family members from our cruise ship to the Cozumel beach resort, Nachi Cocom, for a wedding. I contacted Viator months in advance and reserved 4 vans. Before we got on the cruise, I had a few questions. I sent them through Viator and they put me in contact with Hugo. I found out early on that they supplied booster seats and carseats. I found out closer to the date, that they actually stay at the venue waiting until our party was ready to go back to the ship. We had 4 older people that needed to go back earlier than everyone else, and one of the drivers took them back to the port, then turned around and came back to help transport the rest of the family. This was so accomodating and a huge plus. I was in constant contact with Hugo, who was super sweet and very helpful. He was the one in charge. He explained everything very well and was awesome to work with. If it wasn't for everyone of those drivers, Hugo, Dario, Oscar and Adran, I think my stress would have gotten the best of me that day. Thank you Viator for a very well oiled machine with your Cozumel transfer vans and drivers! Couldn't have done any better. I would give 10 stars if I could! Karen Barnes

Using Viator made our excursion easy. Our driver , Hugo, stayed on-site the entire time we were at Mr. Sanchos. I will never NOT use Viator when there’s a transportation need where they operate. Trustworthy + Great Communication = Satisfied Customer!!

It was a great pleasure to work with this company. Hugo (our driver) was top-notch and went above and beyond what we anticipated. He was super friendly and very accommodating. Our group of 15 people were picked up at the Cozumel port cruise by Hugo and he brought us to one of the exclusive beach clubs. Having him available just for our group for the whole day gave us peace of mind that our group won’t have to be broken up to take different transportations and he made sure we got back before our boarding time. He also communicated with me 3 days before and gave me exactly where to find him when our ship docked. I definitely recommend this company for your transportation needs in Cozumel.
