- Liegestühle, Hängematten und Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten stehen zur Verfügung, solange der Vorrat reicht. Das Programm und das Unterhaltungsangebot variieren je nach Tag und sind wetterabhängig. Die Wasserklarheit und der Algenbewuchs können sich je nach Jahreszeit ändern, und an einigen Strandabschnitten kann es felsiges Gelände geben – Wasserschuhe werden empfohlen.
- Der Zugang zum Buffet und zur Bar ist auf die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten beschränkt. Gäste müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein, um alkoholische Getränke konsumieren zu dürfen. Der Konsum von Alkohol ist vor der Teilnahme an jeglichen Wasseraktivitäten, einschließlich Schnorcheln, strengstens untersagt.
- Minderjährige unter 18 Jahren müssen stets von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten begleitet und beaufsichtigt werden. Bei Aktivitäten im Wasser muss dieser Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigte sich jederzeit in Reichweite des Minderjährigen aufhalten.
- Sturzsprünge, wildes Herumtollen, rücksichtsloses Verhalten oder sonstige Handlungen, die die Sicherheit von Gästen oder Mitarbeitern gefährden, sind nicht gestattet. Alle Gäste sind verpflichtet, den Anweisungen der Rettungsschwimmer, Schwimmlehrer und des Parkpersonals Folge zu leisten. Es ist stets darauf zu achten, dass die ausgehängten Schilder, Sicherheitshinweise und spezifischen Richtlinien für die jeweilige Aktivität beachtet werden.
- Der Zutritt zum Park und/oder die eventuelle Teilnahme an Wasser-, Kultur-, Freizeit- oder Abenteueraktivitäten kann jedem Besucher verweigert oder eingeschränkt werden, von dem anzunehmen ist, dass er eine unsichere Umgebung für sich selbst oder andere Besucher schaffen oder eine Gefahr für seine eigene Sicherheit oder die von Dritten – seien es Besucher oder Parkmitarbeiter – darstellen könnte. Dazu gehören unter anderem: Veränderungen des Bewusstseinszustands oder des körperlichen Befindens, die eine Gefahr für die eigene Sicherheit oder die Sicherheit Dritter darstellen könnten, wie beispielsweise: Herzprobleme, Verletzungen, Knochenbrüche, Verstauchungen, Verrenkungen, Krämpfe oder kürzlich erfolgte Operationen, medizinische Indikationen, Personen, die unter Panik- oder Angstattacken leiden, die betrunken sind, unter Alkoholeinfluss stehen, berauscht sind oder sichtbare Anzeichen dafür aufweisen, unter dem Einfluss von Drogen oder Medikamenten zu stehen.
- Für den Zutritt ist eine unterschriebene Verzichtserklärung erforderlich. KUZÁ behält sich das Recht vor, den Zutritt zu Veranstaltungen nach eigenem Ermessen aus Gründen der Gesundheit, Sicherheit oder aufgrund von Verhaltensproblemen zu verweigern oder einzuschränken.

Everything is very good, the facilities are first-rate, the beach is beautiful, only if you go with the idea of snorkeling and seeing fish, you won't find fish there, very, very scarce. The other thing is that the buffet, although it is okay, could be BETTER for the price they charge; everything is fried, nothing they can make on the spot, that doesn't look good. They should also look after their staff by the slides because the ones in green shirts, for asking them if they can move an umbrella, ASK for, almost DEMAND, A TIP (for a soda). What is wrong with them? They look very bad doing that.

Ese comportamiento no refleja en absoluto los valores de servicio que esperamos de nuestro equipo, y nos gustaría investigar esto directamente con los supervisores del área para corregirlo cuanto antes. Nos encantaría poder darle seguimiento más de cerca a este último punto, así que no dudes en escribirnos por mensaje privado con más detalles de tu visita (fecha, hora aproximada) para poder identificar al personal involucrado. Great experience. We purchased the full experience, so food and open bar was included. Food available as desired. Drinks available as desired. Our bar server William was always on top of things and did an excellent job. We went to the beach but didn't stay because there was a terrible odor of dead animals everywhere we went, so we spent most of our time at the water park. Water didn't seem to be as clear as we thought it would be in the water park, but was sufficient for cooing off on a very hot and humiod day. We scheduled a taxi on line ahead of time to take us there from the port and stay with us and bring us back (expensive!) Grandchild had a wonderful day. Just a little too hot for us older ones to enjoy comfortably. But facilities are well worth the trip and money. We would definitely consider going again in the future.

Went to Kuza beach for the day while on a cruise. $316 for 4 people. Included food and drinks, alcohol. Beach was beautiful, landscaping was beautiful, ocean water was clear and refreshing. Food was plentiful but bland, drinks were only ok. Staff very friendly. Cab ride back to Port was $30

I recently visited the facilities and well, the truth is, my experience was not that good. They picked us up at the Cozumel plaza at 10:30 pm and honestly it seems very late to me, since the park opens at 9 am. I arrived at 11 am and at 12 we went on the zip line. After that we only enjoyed the park for 5 hrs, which seems like very little time to me, coupled with the fact that at 4:30 pm they already start packing everything up. The staff in most cases has a bad attitude, regarding the beach service, they told me that the service was not included....service??????????????? what does it refer to when you pay for an all-inclusive. Also, the towels and lockers had a cost. The guys at the Zip Line 10/10, very attentive and helpful. The food was not good, little variety. The guy at the slides at 4:30 pm, buried in his phone, people lining up and he didn't tell us that it was already closed and with 5 people lined up in the queue. Finally, I think that the staff providing services in the region, in general, have to change their mentality, it is not a time of abundance and we must take care of the tourist that is received in the facilities. I hope my comments serve to improve.

A fun, laid-back beach day with family and friends! We enjoyed the beautiful beach, delicious food, and maybe a few too many unlimited drinks. Our server took amazing care of us and made sure our glasses were never empty. The crystal-clear blue water was the perfect place to relax, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy every minute together.

We got SCAMMED - they double charged us - we can't get them on the phone or by eMail - had to file with credit card company. Go to Mr Sanchos or Paradise Beach - the food and pools are way better !!!!

We booked KUZÁ Water Park because it was advertised as a family-friendly destination. Although it was one of the most expensive excursions we booked during our cruise, we chose it because we wanted our entire family—including our autistic son—to have a fun and memorable experience. Our son is autistic. Like many individuals on the autism spectrum, he struggles with long waits, extreme heat, and sensory overload. We anticipated this and came prepared with portable fans, snacks, drinks, and everything we could to help him stay regulated. Despite our best efforts, the prolonged wait under the hot sun became too much for him. He cried, became distressed, and had a meltdown. It is important to understand that our son was never aggressive. He was not hurting anyone, threatening anyone, or putting anyone in danger. He was simply overwhelmed. Instead of asking how they could help or showing compassion, one of the KUZÁ guides approached us and said, “Not to offend you, but can he ride the bus considering we have more than 20 people inside and I will be speaking through the microphone?” What stood out to me was that the guide seemed more concerned about being able to speak on the microphone without interruption than about the fact that a child with a disability was visibly overwhelmed and struggling in the heat. I explained that yes, our son could ride the bus and that he was simply having a difficult time because of the heat and the long wait. After we continued waiting outside in the heat, another KUZÁ guide spoke with our cruise excursion representative, who then came to ask us essentially the same question a second time. At that point, it felt like they were trying to determine whether our family should be removed from the excursion because of our son’s disability. As a parent, that was heartbreaking. I explained that our son is autistic and that sensory overload is a real part of his disability. Waiting for an extended period in extreme heat would be difficult for many children, but for children with autism, it can quickly become overwhelming. The cruise excursion representative listened with empathy, understood the situation, and treated us with respect. Unfortunately, we did not receive that same compassion from the KUZÁ staff. There was no apology, no reassurance, and no attempt to understand or accommodate a child with a disability. Being family-friendly means more than offering activities for children. It means welcoming all families, including those with children who have disabilities. It means training staff to recognize that autism looks different in every individual and responding with patience, empathy, and understanding—not making families feel like they are an inconvenience or a liability. No family should ever feel that they might be removed from an excursion because their child has a disability. Our son deserves the same opportunity to enjoy a family vacation as every other child. He cannot simply “turn off” his autism, and he should never be made to feel unwelcome because he became overwhelmed. I sincerely hope KUZÁ takes this feedback seriously and provides disability awareness and autism sensitivity training for all staff. A little understanding and compassion could make an enormous difference for families like ours.
