Cozumel Island Transfers

They communicated well and very fast to respond. We made a last minute change to our meeting time and they accommodated. It was nice to not have to wait at our resort and have an air conditioned van waiting for us. Would highly recommend.

The trip went very smooth, we were picked up in time from the cruise port and dropped at the beach club. The ride back was also on time. Driver was very professional.

Total Bust. Have used viator several times. This time after repeated requests and having waited nearly an hour we and our friends had to drag our bags (60 pounds with all our kit) and take two taxis off airport grounds. Every time we asked for help we got referred (to 7 different people). 180 dollars for a 3 mile transfer with three empty cozumel shuttles for the company viator uses just sitting there empty. Will never use this service or viator anymore. (With barcelona and rome coming up ... viator will not be part of the plan).

It was great, the van met our needs and was comfortable. Everyone we met with the company were super nice, friendly and helpful. The only small issue is it is a little bit of a walk outside the terminal with tons of people yelling at you to sell things. We were dropped off at the cruise terminal on the way back which was great. If the pickup could be a little closer would have been better but still very happy with the experience and would use again and recommend.

Wonderful experience. Prompt, easy, friendly, clean, and safe! Would highly recommend if you need transportation for a group! Our driver even came early when we finished a tour earlier than expected.

We booked the room over booking. We had great communication with Emma and easy payment online via credit card. We had all the information we needed (cheap Scooter rental available!!) ahead of our stay. The room was perfect for our needs on Cozumel island! And we would definitely recommend staying there as it is also only a walk from the port.

The service that they have is excellent. The staff is friendly and they help us a lot, the communication is really good , other thing is that the prices are better than other places, I definitely recommend it and I would go back with them .
