Excellent and quick service in a clean and comfortable car. We waited for maybe 15 minutes for the shared ride transportation, but in the end had a car just for us. Worth the wait. Always tip your driver.

When I booked this it was for 4 people ( private) When we arrived we are crammed into a van. I am very unhappy with this service and would like to be contacted in regards.

It was easy to find the Viator rep when we exited the airport. They had us loaded and on the road quickly. Our driver was very pleasant and delivered us to our resort in the estimated time. It was a great experience for transportation and we would use Viator again and would recommend them.

The service did exactly what they agreed to. Airport pickup: They were easy to find at the airport. They arranged return pick up time before we left the airport. Hotel pickup: They arrived 5 minutes before scheduled at my hotel for return service. Great Value - highly recommend!!

The agents at the airport were very friendly and the driver was wonderful. There was a very short wait time before leaving the airport.

I paid for a round trip and I was disappointed that on my departure date they did not show up and were not answering their phones : I had to get a taxi at the last minute which cost me an extra $20 / would really like a refund to my account Don’t count o them for departure
This was a terrible experience. Not only did I have to wait almost 30 mins, I was the last one dropped off so that was another hour before making it to the resort. I paid for roundtrip so please refund the remaining amount. I will find another way to the airport.
