If you see multiple charges on your card, we recommend contacting Viator’s customer support so they can review the transaction history and investigate the charges directly. We are, of course, happy to provide any information available to us regarding the transportation service itself. We understand how concerning it can be to see multiple charges, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. However, the payment processing is outside of our control. Regarding your departure transfer, we sincerely regret the stress this situation caused. After reviewing the reservation, we confirmed that the pickup location provided to us through the booking platform was not the Waldorf Astoria, but a different hotel. Our driver arrived at the hotel listed on the reservation and waited there at the scheduled pickup time. As soon as we were able to establish communication through the booking platform, we investigated the issue and determined that the incorrect hotel information originated from the booking details we had received. Although this was outside of our control, we believe in taking care of our guests. For that reason, we processed a full refund for the unused transfer, even though our driver was present at the location specified in the reservation. We understand how frustrating travel-day issues can be, and we always encourage guests to review their booking confirmation to ensure all details, including the hotel name, are correct before the travel date.
