We would like to clarify that this particular tour was operated from Bahía Drake, where the pricing you mentioned ($124 including taxes) corresponds to the standard rate for that departure location. This is a different product compared to our Puerto Jiménez small-group tours, which have different logistics and pricing structures. Regarding the schedule, the timing of the walk and lunch can sometimes vary slightly depending on park operations, group coordination, and availability at the station. In some cases, guides may adjust the schedule to manage waiting times or avoid congestion at the dining area, although we understand your concern about maximizing wildlife observation time. As for the boat ride, while there are opportunities to see dolphins or turtles, these sightings are never guaranteed. The boats also need to maintain a safe and efficient speed due to ocean conditions and park schedules, which can limit the possibility of stopping frequently. That said, we truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we offer and the way we communicate expectations to our guests. Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. We would like to clarify an important point regarding the difference between booking through our website and booking through the Viator platform, as these are two different products with different conditions. In your case, your reservation was made through Viator at a time when the price was $145 per person and group sizes were larger. Recently, we have updated this product to offer smaller groups (maximum 6 participants), which is why the current price on Viator is $190 per person. This recent change is what may have caused some confusion. At the time of your booking, the conditions corresponded to the previous version of the tour, where group sizes could be larger. Therefore, being part of a group of 8–9 participants was consistent with the product you purchased. We understand how this may seem confusing when comparing it with the current listing, but the small group format (maximum 6 people) is part of a newer update with a different price structure. Regarding the number of visitors at Corcovado, especially at Sirena Station, this is not something we can control. The national park is very large, and other stations such as La Leona are much quieter to visit. However, around 95% of visitors prefer to go to Sirena, which is why it tends to be busier. For those who prefer a less crowded experience, we also offer tours to La Leona. Thank you again for your comment.
