Pirschfahrt in Akagera, kombiniert mit Bootsfahrt auf dem Ihema-See. Wir verlassen Kigali früh und fahren ungefähr 3,5 Stunden, um den Akagera-Nationalpark zu erreichen. Mit unserem lokalen und freundlichen Reiseleiter wird der Transport mit einem 4x4 Toyota Rav4 Auto mit WIFI an Bord sichergestellt, damit Sie mit Ihren Lieben und der Welt in Verbindung bleiben (***Einige Orte im Park haben keine Konnektivität***). Die Pirschfahrt wird mit der atemberaubenden einstündigen Ihema-Bootsfahrt gewürzt. Verbringen Sie den ganzen Tag durch den Park, um am Abend zurückzukehren und Kigali zu erreichen. Der Akagera-Nationalpark hat eine Vielfalt an Wildtieren, darunter Büffel, Elefanten, Giraffen, Zebras, Impalas und viele andere. Nach langer Zeit des Aussterbens wurden die Spitzmaulnashörner und Löwen kürzlich wieder aufgestockt, obwohl ihre Sichtung aufgrund ihrer geringen Anzahl und des Versteckcharakters des Spitzmaulnashorns nicht immer garantiert ist. Genießen Sie die Pirschfahrt, beobachten Sie den natürlichen Lebensraum verschiedener Tiere und Vögel und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf verschiedene Seen und Landschaften.

Auf halbem Weg: Zwischenstopp im Imigongo Art Center und im Café, um die Beine zu dehnen, die Kunst des Imigongo zu betrachten und die Waschräume zu nutzen. Sie können dort auch eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein Mittagessen zum Mitnehmen kaufen.

Pirschfahrt durch den Park, einschließlich einer einstündigen Bootsfahrt auf dem Ihema-See. 4. Verlassen Sie Akagera voraussichtlich zwischen 14:00 und 15:30 Uhr und fahren Sie nach Kigali. Erreichen Sie Kigali City zwischen 18:30 und 20:00 Uhr und bringen Sie zu den jeweiligen Orten.

I did a day trip and it was superb. Jean Paul made sure I saw everything I wanted to see and also close up. It was all well organised from pick up/drop off to lunch. Booking the tour was easy and quick - you can pay by card online. It is a long day so bear that in mind.

We had such an incredible safari day trip with our tour guides Jean Paul and Jack. They were so knowledgeable about everything in the park, and helped us to find everything we wanted to see including the Big 5! Wonderful wonderful day!

Everything about this safari was great. Before the safari even began, Olivier was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly. The morning of the safari, our guide Jean-Paul, arrived right on time and was very kind. Amazing service throughout. We always had plenty of cold water to drink. He answered any questions we had and he pointed out animals we would have never seen on our own. He made sure we were safe the entire time. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

The Vehicle was great, driver was over and above fantastic. The drive was superb and got to see Hippos, Crocs, Zebra, Giraffes, Rhino, lots of birds and more.... Missed the elephants, lions, I guess they were a bit busy that day :)

I had a lovely time with Bosco and learnt a lot from him! He was so good and so quick at spotting the animals, and tries his best to locate your favourite/most anticipated wildlife. The Akagera national park focuses on conservation of wildlife and sustainability with the communities living around it. I highly recommend visiting with Countryside tours.

Our group of 23 individuals participated in the 1-day Boat Ride and Game Drive at Akagera National Park. Olivier Kanyabikali at Countryside Tours made this trip such a wonderful experience in every way. His communication was top notch. He and his team picked up our large group from our hotel. Each tour driver was very accommodating, welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and professional. We had the time of our lives! The Safari exceeded my expectations in every way. Akagera is beautiful! We saw hippos, white and black rhinos, giraffes, zebras, elephants, baboons, buffalos, Nile crocodiles, warthogs, impalas and many other antelopes. We also saw many different bird species including giant kingfishers, grey crowned cranes, African fish eagles, spoonbills and many other rare birds. They worked together as a team to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. I would 100% recommend Countryside Tours for this tour.

I took this trip towards the end of my visit to Uganda and Rwanda. It proved to be a great way of book ending my time in East Africa. Akagera is a precious gem on the Rwanda / Tanzania border. I was lucky enough to see elephant, lion (just about), hippos, giraffes up close, cape buffalo, baboon, African fish eagle, zebra and Nile crocodiles. Seeing all of this is not guaranteed of course but my guide Ben was very informative and knew how to try different routes to give the best chance. I met other tourers along the way and the boat safari was a highlight among many highlights. Innocent the 'skipper' displayed a great passion for conservation. With 8 billion of us, we need more spaces in the world like Akagera. I would definitely recommend Countryside Tours, Like I said Ben the driver was informed and helpful and Oliver has been clear and frequent in communicating back and forth with any queries I had. First time in Kigali and first time at Akagera National Park. It was amazing! Our tour guide Ben was the best tour guide we could ask for. He was very accommodating, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
