Lange Nudeln und Tiramisu: Montag - Mittwoch - Freitag Kurznudeln und Tiramisu: Dienstag - Donnerstag - Samstag In diesem Kurs führen wir Sie in die Welt der hausgemachten Pasta ein. Bei uns erlernen Sie die alte Kunst der Teigzubereitung und die wichtigsten traditionellen Zubereitungsarten, von Spaghetti bis hin zu kurzen Nudeln. Sie lernen, wie man zeitlose traditionelle Rezepte zubereitet. Wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie mit einer handgeführten Nudelmaschine Nudeln ausrollen und so außergewöhnliche Ergebnisse erzielen. Wir verraten Ihnen außerdem die Geheimnisse für ein perfektes Pastagericht mit Soße. Wir beenden den Kurs mit einem hausgemachten italienischen Klassiker: Tiramisu. Gemeinsam werden wir die Cremes zubereiten und das Dessert von Grund auf selbst zusammensetzen. Was Sie im Laufe des Kurses selbst herstellen, können Sie mit typischen Weinen aus der Umgebung, wie zum Beispiel Bardolino Classico und Chiaretto, verkosten. Treten Sie ein in unser Haus, atmen Sie die Atmosphäre der italienischen Küche ein und nehmen Sie sie mit nach Hause, um Ihre Gäste zu beeindrucken!

Absolutely amazing class, honestly cannot fault it if we tried. All had an amazing time, ingredients were weighed out ahead of time and didn’t have to wash up at all - just got to do the fun stuff! The chefs/teachers were so fun and helpful, great vibes and easy to learn from, and the food was so so good! Also transport from our hotel could not have been easier as the school is only 20m from a bus stop that goes across from Verona to Garda! Would recommend to anyone and everyone, I pray these guys stay so successful. :)
We were at Lake Garda with our families and did the cooking class as a girls' trip. We were completely thrilled! Great location, great people, good wine, and the best homemade food :) I would love to do it again!

Brilliant pasta and tiramisu making class. Friendly hosts. Really fun experience we would recommend. We both enjoyed making tiramisu and making the different pasta shapes. And then very nice that the pasta was cooked and put in a tomato sauce. It was so fun and interesting.

This was honestly the best thing we did during our two-week holiday in Italy! The pasta and tiramisu were absolutely incredible, and we loved learning how to make everything from scratch. Such a fun, authentic and memorable experience and the perfect activity to enjoy together as a family. We would highly recommend it!
The cooking class was an absolute highlight - even for our child. It was three hours full of fun and joy. We can recommend it to everyone to visit. It is definitely worth it.
