Chocolate experience
Very informative and exciting exhibition. We were thrilled. Unfortunately, too little chocolate to try... that's what we missed.

Fun and educational with the best part: the chocolate tasting.
The visit was super! The museum was well done; informative, interactive, good tastings and not to short or to long. It was fun and educational for the family. The chocolate workshop was fun and tasteful to do. I would do it again if I was back in Colmar.
Antwort des Anbieters
We’re delighted you found the visit both fun and educational, especially with the tasting that made the experience so memorable. Your feedback on the balance of the tour, neither too short nor too long, means a lot to us as we aim to create a perfect outing for every family. If you’re ever back in Colmar, we’d love to welcome you again. You might also enjoy exploring Vino Storia or the Wax Of Legends, our neighboring museums in the same building. We offer combined tickets for two or three museums at a reduced rate, valid for seven days. The Choco Story team

An enriching discovery
Since my daughter gave me my ticket, I discovered the museum solo. I stayed there for nearly two and a half hours and took the time to read everything. Only small downside: the temperamental volume of the audio guide. Very interesting tour, because it is well-developed, very rich in content and very aesthetic in form. A very friendly welcome, which was also very much appreciated!

Informative
I rate it 4/5 only because I went to Choco-story Brussels before. The museum is informative with some interactive games. The demonstrations however are virtual and not live. The chocolate workshop was good and well planned.
Antwort des Anbieters
We’re delighted you found the visit informative and enjoyed the interactive elements. The virtual demonstrations offer a consistent experience, though we understand live sessions can feel different. Your feedback on the workshop is especially encouraging, we’re glad the chocolate activities met your expectations. If you’re ever back in the area, we’d love for you to discover our sister museums, Vino Storia and Wax Of Legends, for more immersive moments. The Choco Story team

Visit well, but beware no school group in infancy!
Visit well, on the other hand when there are school groups to avoid, because in our case, the children took the audio guide for a toy, could not understand what was said, too young for this kind of visit, and noise!!! and we find that no chocolate sales made on site!! visit well but without school group in infancy

A very good time
We were able to make our own tablets, and make toppings on marshmallows and pralines, always well guided by the staff, on arrival a good time and a treat!

Superb afternoon
I was there with my grandpa and his wheelchair. The place was easily accessible and so were the movements in the museum. The explanations in the audio guide were very complete and easy to understand. The place itself is immersive and very well realized. Changes of scenery are great! It is also nice to have places to sit during the visit. The audio guide also allows access to "games" and "information" areas, which allows a very nice experience. In addition, there are backgrounds for photos and if you are alone, a place is available to take a photo with a background to choose from! This leaves a good memory (photo available in the mailbox).

Great experience to discover a lot (if not everything) about chocolate
Very interesting and fun museum, for young and old. Welcome to the top both at the reception and in the workshop that allows us to make our own snack.
