Clear Boat & Schnorchel Cozumel Tour mit Getränken

We had a great experience on this boat with Joshua & David they are two guys loving the seabed congratulations to you both and the Clear Boat team

My excursion was canceled by the company hired by Viator. I got to the location on a beautiful day and was told it was canceled due to rouge waters but the other companies still had service in the area. I had no internet service on the ship to check emails or to email them that day. Now they will not refund saying I'm the one that cancel. Viator email telling me that the company cancel. Please explain to me how I cancel.

This was such a fun trip. 2 hours and we went 3 different places. The bottom of the boat was clear, and I saw everything. We went to some wrecks, and there was an opportunity to snorkel at a reef. There was a 9 year old on his first snorkeling trip.! Refreshments were provided. It was well put together and our guide, Nicolas, and Captain Caesar were very experienced. Five Stars!!

Really poor experience, I dont recommend this to anyone. This was sold us by Conde Tours in Playa del Carmen as ”snorkelling tour”. There was 10 minutes of snorkelling (without fins) in a place that had basically nothing to see. Otherwise it was just boring ride and we stopped for half an hour to take pictures in an unscenic dock. Two hours of waste of time and money.

Had a wonderful time the guides were the best. Beautiful boat and very professional with a touch of dad humor. Can’t wait to do it again. Please extend snorkeling time.

Had a great time on this tour. It was a small group tour on a small invisible boat. Our tour guide and boat operator were very good and they gave us good information about inside water stuff and my husband had a snorkeling experience for the first time and he enjoyed it a lot. We learned about the history of the island, and we were able to see the sinking ships and some of the houses.I would definitely love to rebook this activity.

I felt no one understood at the beginning as my husband explained I have a painful shoulder will it be safe for me. The reply was yes. Climbing in a boat with a broken shoulder is not great and feeling concerned how I will get out again. The whilst in the trip our tour guide insulted me, she was asking groups to have there photo taken. She asked us are you family, my husband replied with yes, she replied with what mother and son. Well she made me feel great, not only am I in slot of pain but I look older enough now to be my husband’s Mum (My husband is older than me) when my husband relied with no this is my wife, she then replied with OH REALLY. I spent the rest of the trip wanting to get off. I also was not happy that she also asked for a tip. She needs to watch what she had to say to people as I’m home now and it’s still playing on my mind. It completely ruined our day.

My trip was canceled by the vendor, and I can't find where to get a refund. The trip was canceled due to weather or lack of employees for the day and I need a refund.

The experience, wonderful, Jose and Omar, the best. Highly recommended! From minute one you enjoy it a lot, plus it doesn't take long! Lots of beer on board!!!

The drop down into the boat was very deep with no railing & the surf was rough rocking the boat so I could get on. My daughter & grandson would not go without me. We should get a refund - a terribly dangerous boat!
