Während einer vierstündigen Tour erhalten Sie an acht Stationen köstliche Einblicke in die österreichische Küche. Österreichs beste Produkte und Weine Ein Wiener Kaffeehaus ist ideal für einen guten Start in den Tag. Lernen Sie eines der letzten traditionsreichen Kaffeehäuser im Originalzustand kennen und genießen Sie eine große Auswahl an Kaffee und Kuchen. Von dort aus besuchen wir weitere Orte in den umliegenden Vierteln, einschließlich eines halts am berühmten Naschmarkt, wo wir einen hervorragenden Käsestand ansteuern. Durch die große Vielfalt an Produkten - überwiegend lokal und saisonal - vermitteln wir Ihnen einen Eindruck von der einzigartigen österreichischen Küche. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist alles angerichtet für eine Weinprobe typisch österreichischer Weine in einem historischen Weinkeller. Unter den drei verkosteten Weinen ist selbstverständlich auch der Grüne Veltliner zu finden. Es folgt ein Besuche in einem handwerklichen Schokoladengeschäft mit einer grandiosen Auswahl. Our guide was excellent. Loved the more off the beaten path cakes, candies, local choices for cheeses, meats and wine. Full of suggestions on where to shop and dine. One our favorite tours on this trip to Vienna.
Lukas' Tour was fantastic ! Great Variety. Fine culinary insights of Viennese Cuisine. Plus great restaurant recommendations as well ! We'd do it all again ! Terrific !
The tour was well thought out with good food and interesting stops along the way. However I felt it was a little overpriced for what you got and Lucas had a strange attitude towards tourists - with quite a few disparaging comments. I felt this was a little inappropriate given we were clearly tourists ourselves and his business is dependent on tourism.
A fantastic cross section of the city's gastronomy. You have coffee, a cheesemonger, a baker, chocolatier, a butcher, etc - with a wine stop too. We've already (48 hours later) revisited two of the locations from the tour. It comes highly recommended from us.
Did food tour of Vienna our first day. Our guide, Lucas, is a former chef and very knowledgeable about food, wine, and cultural traditions of the region, and kept our group (11 people) very engaged the entire time. Adequate time was given for shopping at a candy and chocolate shop, both stops on the tour. At the end of the tour Lucas gave out maps of recommended restaurants and coffee houses. Overall an excellent experience! Thank you Lucas.
I really enjoyed this food tour! Definitely come hungry as there is a lot of food to eat. We had an excellent mix of authentic foods from sweet to savory. I thought all the details of the tour were very well done and I liked tasting authentic Austrian dishes and artisanal products I would not have known to try. Our tour guide was very funny and I appreciated hearing his insights on local food and products.
Great insight into the Vienna food scene in a relaxed, fun way, visiting a number of different places to sample lots of tasty treats, including some very nice local wine. Lukas, our guide, was incredibly knowledgable and the tour was very well thought out.
A wonderful way to start our visit to Vienna. We had a very enjoyable walk around Vienna talking and learning about local foods. Everything we sampled was delicious. It was personalized and our guide was patient and attentive to our needs.
