We booked a transfer from Civitavecchia to Rome and the experience was absolutely flawless. Our driver was waiting for us right at the terminal, incredibly polite, professional, and helped us with all our heavy luggage. The car was spotless and very comfortable. Navigating the traffic into Rome was a breeze thanks to their expert driving. It made our trip completely stress-free. If you want a first-class, reliable service, look no further. 10/10 recommended!
Emanuele and Joseph were great along with the other two drivers. Prompt, professional, clean car. We had a unique situation going to our hotel from cruise port. Steeets were blocked off for an event and we had to walk 20 minutes with our luggage and Joseph helped us and Walked with us to our hotel. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Our trip was very good-driver communicated with us & was excellent BUT Centro Storico (booked through Viator) charged more than I was quoted & I’ve been trying to dispute but I am not getting resolution
