Wir besuchen den Berg Corcovado und die Statue Christi des Erlösers, die die Paineiras-Route durchquert. Die 20-minütige Fahrt zum Fuß der Statue führt Sie durch den Tijuca-Wald und bietet Ihnen eine Vorschau auf die bevorstehenden Landschaften. Die Statue ist 710 Meter hoch und von diesem Aussichtspunkt aus haben Sie einen weiten Blick auf die Stadt.
Der größte Stadtwald der Welt. Wir bringen Sie auf einen Panoramablick. Mit dem Minivan fahren wir durch den Tijuca-Wald und halten im Besucherzentrum in den Paineiras. Dies ist der Ort, an dem wir den Minivan vom Corcovado nehmen, um zum Christus, dem Erlöser, zu gelangen.
Die Selarón-Treppe in Santa Teresa ist berühmt für ihre hellen und farbenfrohen Fliesen.
Die moderne Architektur unterscheidet sich sehr von den traditionellen Kathedralen, die wir dort draußen sehen. Genießen Sie die schönen Glasmalereien und versuchen Sie, die Bibelstellen zu erraten, von denen sie sich inspirieren ließen.
Das Sambodromo ist der Karnevalstempel und der Ort, an dem wir jedes Jahr an der größten Karnevalsfeier der Welt teilnehmen.

Mónica was great. We were coached on where to get the best photos and how to invest our time in Rio. Highly recommend. It’s a great half day trip
Essentially the ‘tour’ was an 18 person communal taxi ride around the city where we were dropped at landmarks and then left to walk around by ourselves and work it out. Also was a half day tour where it was raining early in the morning and then fine after 10am. But instead of going into the buildings first and then going to the mountain, it was still decided to go see Christ redeemer in the rain and mist so no one really got to see or do anything. We then went to the Cathedral mid church service so again couldn’t really do much so we decided to get an uber back at that point as it was all a bit pointless. Also, we spent an hour driving around Rio picking everyone up from various hotels - maybe in future it may be easier to just have a central meeting point to save all the guests time on their trips instead of driving around the city in circles collecting people from hotels.
The transportation service showed up over 20 minutes late and then made us walk to a random pickup location instead of picking us up directly at our hotel like promised. The communication was poor the entire time and nobody seemed organized or concerned about wasting customers’ time. To make matters worse, we were over an hour past the scheduled tour start time and still had not made it to a single landmark or attraction. Instead, the driver spent a huge amount of time driving all over the roughest parts of Rio making multiple unnecessary stops for other passengers. The entire experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and uncomfortable. If you are expecting reliable transportation, punctuality, or decent customer service, look elsewhere. There are far better and more dependable companies in Rio.
We had the tour of Rio and Corcovado Mountain with the most amazing Monica who just impressed us with the different languages she could speak. Amazing personality!!

We had plenty of time everywhere to look and take pictures. The tour guide was nice and helpful. There was nothing to complain about.

Very good experience with guide Monica. She was always very concerned and was very friendly, friendly and attentive. During the tour he presented us with all the necessary information and answered all the queries. We were waiting quietly at every point and also the service was very punctual. A very nice visit to the major sites of Rio with our guide Monica who introduced us to the history of her city. We were only two Frenchmen in the middle of a group of Hispanics and of English, but she took as much time with us as with the others more. Thank you so much!
