Chongqing Luxus Hot Spring und Massage Luxus Mahlzeit Private Tour

Hot Springs were great! We loved experiencing all the various pools and enjoying the relaxing scenery. What a nice break from the hustle of city sightseeing. Massage portion was a bit strange although I realize I should have read the reviews to better understand. You leave the hot springs and go to a shopping mall where you can watch movies and order food in a private viewing room before having a chair massage. I would have preferred a true spa experience at the hot springs- which was offered there but again- this was explained in the description to some extent, I just didn’t pay close enough attention. Andy was helpful throughout the day. He was super accommodating and made sure to take care of us. However- at the end of the session he said that Viator takes too much commission and refunded our booking so I could pay him directly. I was very uncomfortable with this ask at the end of the day. He cancelled and refunded the trip and I ended up booking it again on Viator. I wouldn’t have been able to pay him via person to person transfer on Alipay or WeChat due to having foreign bank cards. The whole situation was very uncomfortable.

Andy made this the most amazing experience ever. From the start to the end, it was pure relaxation and five star service.

We had a very nice day in the hot springs (which had a true dinosaur fossil at the entrance - what a start!), and afterwards delicious food and massage. Our guide Andy was very friendly and helpful throughout!

I just had the most amazing birthday experience. Andy was wonderful making sure I enjoyed my time at the hot springs and massage. The quality of the service cannot compare. He was thoughtful and reliable. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Chonqing.

Andy was the best host I could ever ask for. He gave us the best hospitality I’ve ever received in my life. This experience is one I will never forget! Again, Andy welcomed us and treated us like family, I couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere.

This was a good "escape" while still being in the city. The pools were nice and offered some options I had not seen at other hot springs in the past, such as aromatherapy and Chinese medicine infused water, plus fish treatment pools for your feet. Some elements of the facility didn't work (the ice and dry steam rooms, plus the jade and mineral sand areas). I don't know if that may just be due to the time of year and they were not turned on yet...Andy led the overall "tour," but Erica was onsite/on call with me if I needed anything at the hot springs (it was good to have a female contact). The lunch and massage were actually at a different location- Golden Impression. I was the only one on the tour so I had a room to myself (there were three chairs). Andy and others kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. There was a huge tv where I could have turned on a movie, but I opted to read while waiting (there was music). Lunch was served in the treatment room- it was a lot of food! I only ordered a few things, which Andy said "was not enough," so he sent more for me. I tried some things I had not eaten during my trip yet. It was all very good! After eating, the massage therapist came in to do the treatment. It was very nice and relaxing. Chinese full body massage is different than massages you usually receive in Western facilities- it's not just laying on your stomach while they do your back- but I knew what to expect. I felt very relaxed when I was dropped back off at my hotel.

This was our last day in Chongqing, and it was absolutely perfect. Andy and his team were full of energy, enthusiasm, and kindness. Both of my parents enjoyed the experience and appreciated Andy's attentive care. This was also the best natural hot spring and massage they had ever experienced. Our meals were also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, snacks, drinks, desserts, and fruits on the menu. We were very full. When it was time to leave at the end of the trip, my parents gave Andy a hug and told him to let us know if he ever came to Los Angeles.

This was an amazing tour. Andy was excellent and very accommodating. I would recommend this tour to to everyone.
