Das Hotel holt den Handel gegen 07:00 Uhr ab. Die Gäste werden auf der Straße von Livingstone für ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt nach Kazungula, einer Grenzstation, transportiert, wo Sie Ihre Passformalitäten sowohl für die sambische als auch für die botswanische Seite erledigen müssen, gleich nachdem Sie die neu gebaute Kazungula-Brücke überquert haben. Der Reiseleiter auf Botswana-Seite erwartet Sie. Sobald wir den Reiseleiter getroffen haben, fahren Sie zu unserem Büro in Botswana, wo Sie eine kurze Einweisung in die Aktivität erhalten. Nach der Einweisung entscheiden die Guides, ob Sie mit einer Pirschfahrt, einem Mittagessen und einer Flusssafari-Kreuzfahrt beginnen oder umgekehrt. Im Park verfügbare Tiere Afrikanischer gemalter Hund, Streifengnu, Kapbüffel, Zibetkatze, Krokodil, Giraffe, Nilpferd, Hyäne, Leopard, Löwe, Puku (eine Antilopenart, bewertet als nahe bedroht), Savanneelefant, Tsessebe, Zebra und vieles mehrze Mehr.

Der Tagesausflug beginnt in Livingstone, wo die Gäste auf der Straße zum Chobe-Nationalpark in Kasane Botswana gebracht werden.
Ein ganztägiges Safari-Paket in Chobe, bestehend aus einer Kreuzfahrt auf dem Chobe River und einer Pirschfahrt im weltberühmten Chobe National Park. Der Chobe-Nationalpark in Botswana ist die Heimat einer der größten Wildkonzentrationen in Afrika. Es grenzt an die Ufer des atemberaubenden Chobe-Flusses und ist berühmt für seine reiche Elefanten- und Löwenpopulation. Die Tour startet täglich in Livingstone, wo die Gäste für 70 km auf der Straße zur Grenze gebracht werden, wo sie ihr Botswana-Führer nach den Einwanderungsverfahren treffen wird. We took several tours during our stay in Livingstone, Zambia and this was one of our top if not the top favorite. Both our pickup driver and tour driver were incredibly kind, informative and friendly. On our water and land tour we saw so much wildlife and we didnt once feel rushed to move along. We were able to take many photos and learn about the animals. This was a top experience for us and one we still talk about today. I cant remember the tour guides name but he was great and so was our shuttle driver Juan Guillerjuan (sp). Highly recommend.
We booked all our activities through Cherish Travel for our holiday in Zambia, August 2025 which included a trip to Chobe, fishing on the Zambezi, steam train, devils pool, horse riding and Mukuni boma. It was an excellent experience! Our guide Mwangelwa, whom we affectionately nicknamed Miguel, was an excellent professional throughout the journey. Inside the part you can see a large number of animals, and having the experience of safari with the boat allows you to see even more animals in their respective habitats. I super recommend this tour!

Great trip! Our guides were helpful. We saw so many animals, and had close up encounters with many. Both the boat tour and the game drive were exciting, and lunch was good as well. Be aware that if you don't bring water with you, you will have to pay for your beverages at lunch.

Disappointing. Three hours travel from hotel pick up to the lodge in Chobe! Very large group so always waiting around for everyone to arrive. Staff were nice but seriously, 11 hour tour of which 6 was transport and immigration. We should have insisted on booking a more private/intimate tour.
