SCHRITT 1 - Überprüfen Sie Ihr Telefon
Bei der Landung erhalten Sie eine SMS mit Fahrer- und Fahrzeuginformationen
SCHRITT 2 - Gehen Sie zum Bereich Gepäckausgabe
Folgen Sie der Beschilderung zum Gepäckausgabebereich (LL), auch wenn Sie kein Gepäck aufgegeben haben
SCHRITT 3 - Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Fahrer
Sobald Sie fahrbereit sind, Gepäck in der Hand, finden Sie Ausgang Tür 2LL und kontaktieren Sie Ihren Fahrer direkt (Anruf oder SMS)
SCHRITT 4 - Warten Sie auf der mittleren Spur
Gehen Sie nach draußen, überqueren Sie die 1. Spur und warten Sie auf der mittleren Spur (Limousinenspur). Der Fahrer sollte innerhalb von 5 Minuten da sein.
WICHTIG - wenn Sie nicht direkt mit dem Fahrer in Kontakt treten können, rufen Sie bitte unser Büro an. Wir sind 24/7 geöffnet.
Wir verfolgen alle ankommenden Flüge. Wenn der Flug verspätet ist, wird der Fahrer am Flughafen sein, basierend auf der tatsächlichen Ankunftszeit.
Wenn wir während der Wartezeit NICHT von Ihnen hören, ist die Reise ein NO-SHOW und der Kunde wird vollständig berechnet. Nachweis von Anruf-/SMS-Protokollen vorhanden. Zusätzliche Wartezeiten müssen vom Fahrer erhoben werden.
60 Minuten kostenlose Wartezeit für alle Abholungen vom Flughafen, danach fallen Wartezeitgebühren an.

Very efficient, pleasant ride to the airport from downtown Chicago
This trip from downtown to Chicago was really easy to book on line, letting me choose the type of car needed, and I thought the fee was very reasonable. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early and we were messaged that he was there. He was polite and helpful, a great driver, and let us off at our airline. The ride was very comfortable, and I trust if there was any change we needed, such as in temperature or music, it would have been done.
Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Airport transfer - visiting family
We had a great experience with Echo. Our ride was prompt, courteous and made sure we had the correct address (residential area) before he drove away. It took the stress out of the drive from Midway to north side of Chicago to visit family. Same for our return trip. Our driver was on time and very pleasant. Both vehicles were comfortable and clean. I would definitely use again.

Great Echo experience
Due to the distance to our accommodation, we took the recommendation of a family member and used Echo Limousine. I'm officially spoiled! We had an excellent driver and a comfortable ride. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Midway Transport & Stretch Limo
I traveled from Seattle to Chicago to meet several friends from all over the US to attend the Styx concert at Tinley Park. I used Echo Limo for my round-trip transfer from Midway to my friend's home in Plainfield. My drivers were all wonderful. Cordial, and on-time. I also wanted to book a stretch lime for ladies' night out so we could relax, party, and enjoy one another and not worry about driving. When I called to check availability, all their stretches were already booked. However, Matthew @ Echo Limo made some calls and within an hour, he had rearranged some bookings and secured one of Echo's own stretch limos for us! Our chauffeur, Alfredo, was fantastic! Despite an incorrect address and a hotel that was difficult to access, he was patient and accommodating and made our evening a once in a lifetime experience! Matthew and Alfredo both provided exceptional service and the airport transfer drivers were excellent as well! I will definitely use Echo Limo anytime I return to Chicago.
