A great experience and evening. Tessa was a wonderful host. I would highly recommend this activity not only to cook, but to share culture and friendship!
A cute authentic and personalized experience! Hosted in a beautiful apartment right there in Venice. It was just me who participated in the cooking class but my mom joined to eat what I had made. If you’re good with stairs, and want an exclusive experience, then this experience would be good for you!
Such a fun experience! Even though I love to cook and have made lots of pizza before, it was wonderful learning new techniques and meeting new people. I highly recommend!
Guilia had us feeling at home in her home immediately... Once we were actually in her kitchen things only got better....
What an experiance!! Learning how to make Gnocchi, Pizza and Tomato sauce, from scratch, was the most fun I have had while in Venice! We were a party of 2, that took the Vaporetto acrossed the water, to their home where they held the cooking class. Rosa and Angela, are the absolute best when it comes to teaching you the tricks of simplicity creating such delicious cuisines. I look forward to sending them pictures of what I make at home, when I bring what they taught me here in Venice, to my own Kitchen back to the US. Grazie mille, Rosa and Angela! Ciao, for now.
I highly recommend this experience. Barbara was so engaging and caring for our family. It was truly the most memorable experience. And delicious!
We’ve done a lot of tours and had a good time, but this one was a disaster. I don’t think that this company is any good. There were three groups involved in this, and all three of the groups had booked another class… Like making pizza… And then they’ve all been clumped together into the class we were in which was pasta and dessert making. It was not just one of us that had been shifted from another class… It was all of us. I think this group posts teaser posts to get people to click and buy and then they just bung you together into something else going on regardless of size or preferences. When we got to this cooking class, The teacher immediately told us first that we had to stand outside until the time… We were five minutes early… And then tried to charge a double because the previous tour that we had booked had included. We told her that we would supervise and just the kids could cook but then when we went upstairs, it was rapidly clear that her apartment was tiny and there was nine of us. Five of us were standing in the hallway. The teacher was very flustered and defensive and kept talking nonstop about how she hadn’t planned for this and it had to be perfect… I finally got fed up and took one of my sons away and left my husband and my other son to do the class… But then three other people left because they had a cat allergy that they had listed and the apartment had Katz! after that, my husband reported that things got a little bit better, but the teacher kept freaking out about how much dough and the ingredients and it was just really stressful the entire time. I think the teacher was trying very hard, but she was overwhelmed and the company booking. This is terrible. Really avoid this tour.

We regret that this was not your experience and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and discomfort caused. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve both our coordination and communication. We truly wish your time with us had been much more enjoyable.
Rosa, her daughter, and friend welcomed us into her kitchen, where we had a wonderful hands-on experience making homemade pizza, tiramisu and, as a bonus, homemade pasta and tomato sauce. We can't thank Rosa enough for her hospitality. It will always be one of our best memories of our time in Venice. We highly recommend Rosa's class for anyone visiting Venice who is looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience.
The person never showed up to the meeting point and I tried contacting them and no response, and they won't give me my refund
