TOPS ist ein perfekter Ort für Picknicks und Abendpartys. Es liegt in den kühlen Hügeln von Busay. Es ist ein ausgezeichneter Aussichtspunkt, der einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Metro Cebu und die Inseln Mactan und Olango bietet. Es ist eine kreisförmige Struktur mit 2000 Fuß oder 610 Metern Höhe. Ein Panoramablick auf die Stadt, besonders nachts mit all den Lichtern unten, ist ein spektakuläres Erlebnis, wenn Sie die kühle Brise und die klare Luft von Mangoplantagen, Blumengärten und Gemüsefarmen spüren. I applied with a Japanese guide, but two guides came and both were in broken Japanese and most of the guides were in English. I understand English somewhat, so the guidance was understandable. Those who are not good at English will be dissatisfied. The tour went well and I got along well with the guide. Unfortunately, though, I don't feel like I've had the chance to taste the "Streed Gourmet" that the tour title says.

Leila was an amazing guide and went out of her way to make our experience a great one. She even bought some food that my wife had mentioned in conversation but wasn't part of the plan. Leila and crew exceeded expectations! From the punctual pick up and expert navigational driving, we really learned a lot about PI history and grew more of an appreciation of our heritage. Leila is knowledgeable and articulated the history and cultural traditions in a clear and concise manner.
