Es ist wichtig, sich frühzeitig für Ausschreibungen anzumelden, da es bis zu 60 Minuten dauern kann, um an Land zu gehen. Wenn Ihr Schiff zum Royal Watler Terminal ausschreibt : Ihre Tour startet vom Royal Watler Cruise Terminal aus. Nach dem Aussteigen verlassen Sie bitte die Sicherheitskontrolle und gehen weiter geradeaus entlang der Uferpromenade. Bitte gehen Sie zum letzten Zelt mit weißem Baldachin und suchen Sie nach dem CAYTOURS Schild. Der lokale Vertreter wartet dort, um Sie einzuchecken. Wenn Ihr Schiff zum Nord-Terminal oder Süd-Terminal ausschreibt: Ihre Tour beginnt im Inneren des Royal Watler Cruise Terminals, das etwa 3 bis 5 Gehminuten vom Tender Pier entfernt ist. Bitte fragen Sie beim Aussteigen die Hafensicherheit nach dem Weg zum Royal Watler Terminal. Dort angekommen, verlassen Sie die Sicherheitskontrolle und gehen weiter geradeaus entlang der Uferpromenade. Bitte gehen Sie mit einem weißen Baldachin zum Zelt und suchen Sie nach dem CAYTOURS Schild. Dort wartet der örtliche Vertreter. Bei schlechtem Wetter und Tendering Ihres Schiffes zum Spotts Dock : Ihre Tour startet direkt vom Spotts Dock. Nach dem Aussteigen bleiben Sie bitte am Spotts Dock und suchen Sie nach dem lokalen Vertreter, der ein CAYTOURS-Schild zur einfachen Identifizierung hält. Um eine reibungslose Abreise zu gewährleisten, planen Sie bitte, mindestens 15 Minuten vor der geplanten Abfahrtszeit am vorgesehenen Treffpunkt einzutreffen. Übernachten in einem Hotel oder Airbnb? Wir holen von allen Hotels und Unterkünften am Seven Mile Beach ab. Bitte teilen Sie uns vorab Ihren Standort mit, damit wir die richtigen Vorkehrungen treffen und eine rechtzeitige Abholung gewährleisten können.

Such a beautiful and fun experience! Crystal Caves is stunning, but our guide, Nathan, really stole the show. He was super friendly, absolutely hilarious, and knew everything there was to know about the caves. Dat Boy Bad... but Dis Girl Bad too! It’s rare to find a guide who can make a tour both packed with info and genuinely funny, but Nathan nailed it. 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing time at Crystal Caves! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. This excursion would be great for all ages. A beautiful walk through the jungle to access three different and unique caves. Very hot, so bring water and bug spray. Highly recommend.

We read a lot about this attraction, but the reality lives up to the hype! Our tour guide, Ace (Anne), was TOP NOTCH in not only explaining the facts and history of the formations, but also with personal commentary reflecting the social and natural aspects surrounding the site. Her sense of humor only added to our phenomenal afternoon here…do not miss!

We came with a larger group of couples and had a great time! Annie (Ace), Nathan, Chris, Chester & Archie were great!! The caves were awesome and there’s TONS of learning opportunities and a few surprises along the way. Would recommend again!

I made a tour booking on a Sunday via their website. However I found out buses don't depart from next to the public library on a Sunday. I was shown on Gmaps to go to a location called Flow Studio. It was around a 5km walk out past the airport. Nothing there. Could not get a vacant taxi. Ended up running out of time for my 11am tour. Done my money cold. I was able to get a bus back to the correct Flow location. If you want to visit on a Sunday either book a tour online or have your accommodation book taxis for you there & return.

We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with limited public transportation options on Sundays. Directions from third-party apps can sometimes be inaccurate, which can unfortunately lead to confusion when locating meeting points. For future visits, we always recommend confirming directions with us directly or arranging transportation in advance, and we are happy to assist with this to ensure a smooth experience.
