Fabulous value for money tour full of excitement and new adventures for our 4 year old grand daughter. The tour provided so many opportunities to catch mud crabs and watch our grand daughter pull in a fish with cries of joy. The staff professional and gave us insights into a mud crabs life journey in the waterways of the Tweed River.. We certainly would recommend it to anyone visiting the area and enjoy an amazing feast of fresh seafood afterwards at the Oyster Shed. The perfect way to spend an autumn morning with 3 generations of family.

The day was well organised, well prepared staff and equipment for the days adventures, the captain was very knowledgeable and made the tutorials on everything fun to listen too. Lunch was yummy and again well organised would definitely recommend

Nice cruise style trip around Tweed river. A mix of pumping yabbies, fishing, bird feeding, crab traps & educational content on aquaculture. Well priced & accomodating to an under subscribed day. Due to the small group size, we luckily had a lot more attention than if it was fully booked. The captain was passionate about his tour & engaging as an entertainer. Food was nice, glad I didn't break any teeth on the crab shell & should have paid for more crab.

The weather was exceptional. We all enjoyed the informative and fun tour from catching crabs, feeding pelicans and fishing, to learning about how oysters harvest. We chose a weekend, at the end of the school holidays so it wasn't overly busy. My 85 year old father to my 6 year old grand daughter all had a great time. Not too long. A great way to spend the morning and a delicious lunch afterwards. Only negative was that we weren't informed by our booking provider, not Catch a Crab, that even though they are situated in NSW, they run on the QLD time zone. We are local people who would highly recommended this tour.

My son and I went for a fun day out and wasn't disappointed! We had a great time catching crabs, fishing, feeding pelicans, and sightseeing around the local waterways. We had a great time! My son keeps asking when we can go back again! The staff were super friendly, relaxed, and very informative. And the crabs we caught were huge (and tasty!).

Highly recommend for a unique, exciting, and memorable family outing. Everyone left happy and already asking to go back!

Highly recommend this tour. We took the seafood lunch and it was good. We also booked the afternoon tour (because the morning was fully booked) but it was perfect as there were less people and it was easier to talk to everybody . Enjoyed the tour guide comments, he was thoroughly entertaining.

We had a wonderful time on this tour, pumping yabbies, feeding pelicans and seagulls, learning about oysters and crabs, tried fishing, pulling up the crab traps and crab tasting. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the skipper Dave. He remained calm but quickly steered the boat back to shore and directed us to the nearest hospital when our youngest daughter had a seizure like episode towards the end of the tour.
