Capri, Blaue Grotte, Sorrent & Pompeji Private Tour

My family had a wonderful experience on this tour! From the very beginning, our guide Lucia made us feel completely at ease and in great hands. She communicated clearly, managed our time perfectly, and made sure all of our priorities were met. Her knowledge of every site we visited was incredible. I felt like I learned so much. Lucia was also very thoughtful and accommodating of my mom’s mobility issues, which we really appreciated. Our driver, Alessandro, was excellent as well getting us around safely. They made sure we returned to our ship with plenty of time to spare. The only things I wish had been different were the weather (it was a rainy day!) and that we had more time — I would have loved to keep learning from Lucia!

Antonio Raiola was fantastic! Ship ended up docking in Salerno instead of Naples so our trip became the Amalfi Coast, Amalfi, Ravello and Pompeii! Great excursion - Antonio extremely knowledgeable and organized- it was gorgeous and we saw a lot! Giacomo our guide at Pompeii was amazing too! Lots of interesting insights! Highly recommend

This is definitely a MUST do! Our tour guide, Christina, was fantastic! She made sure we were first in line for every part of this tour. The Blue Grotto was closed, unfortunately, due to the winds but we did a boat tour around Capri that was beyond what I could have ever expected! Sorrento was also beautiful and we loved exploring that area. And Pompeii... I cannot say enough about how much I loved this part of the tour! Christina was SO informative and so fun showing us around the various parts of Pompeii and the history behind it. HIGHLY recommend this tour and even more highly recommend having Christina as your tour guide!

We had the best time on this tour with Vito! He ended up catering the tour to our preferences and it was exactly what we were hoping for. It truly was the best day that we have had in all of the cities we've been to between Greece and Italy. The various ferries, entrance fees, etc. were not just covered by the tour, but the headache and time saved from not having to walk around aimlessly asking people where and how to buy the tickets and where to go to catch said rides was such a relief. If that weren't enough, Vito was so knowledgeable and pleasant that we really felt that we not only had a beautiful, relaxing and entertaining day, but a very informative one as well! It was worth every single penny!

Antonella was a phenomenal tour guide. She ensured that an overwhelming day went as smoothly as possible. We wanted to see as much as possible in the area, and we knew we wouldn’t have a ton of time in each place. We did the public boat tour in Capri which was beautiful. We didn’t have enough time to take the funicular to Capri town but made up for it with gelato and time at a beach. We asked for pizza recommendations in Sorrento and Antonella recommended an adorable place with great pizza. Sorrento was beautiful but very hot. Antonella gave us some free time in Sorrento which we appreciated. She then arranged a private transfer to Pompeii. In Pompeii she stayed with us and gave us the highlights tour. Finally we drove back to Naples cruise port with plenty of time to spare. Excellent day and 100% would book again. A lot of money but well worth it.

Lucia was our favorite guide from our whole 11 day cruise! Book this excursion! You won’t be sorry! Lucia took great care of us and knew everyone at each stop. She helped my Mom to get the best prices at the best shops in Capri. She also arranged a perfect Italian lunch for us in Sorrento. She gave us several options and allowed us to plan our day based on what all we wanted to see. She took many pictures of our group for us and even guided us through Pompeii. Lucia was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting information there and on the boat ride around the Island of Capri. We enjoyed a wonderful day seeing so much and we’ll probably return to the area because of her hospitality. Bravo, Lucia!!

Lucia and her group exceeded my expectations. After multiple days of stressful close calls with getting back to our cruise ship, Lucia and her group made this day easy to enjoy. We saw so much and still got back in a reasonable time. They stayed in communication before and throughout our trip. Unfortunately the blue grotto was closed due to choppy waters and unsafe conditions but the boat tour around the island was still superb & we got to see the island from so many different perspectives and transportation. We were all in our mid to late 30s so this was not hard on our bodies despite the soreness of multiple days of walking in other big cities leading up to this tour Sorrento is absolutely gorgeous too & being able to explore the food and shopping scene was nice. Gotta get a lemoncello or lemoncello spritzer while you are there. Pompeii was beyond cool & Lucia expertly helped us see the highlights before we headed back to our ship Thanks so much to Lucia for a wonderful time & making this our best and least stressful tour of our 11 day Europe trip!

Maximo was the best! He catered to our requests. He was so organized and everything was perfectly orchestrated. We loved Blue Gratto and Capri. We learned so much at Pompeii too. Thank You for making our last day in Italy great

Lucia was amazing! Very knowledge and helpful! I had a specific card game a friend wanted me to bring home from Italy and she helped me find it! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Very patient with my 5 teenaged boys. The blue grotto was closed, but the trip around the island was a highlight! We had a great time!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Capri, the Blue Grotto, Sorrento and Pompeii with Aleksandra. From pick up to the very end we packed a day full of unforgettable memories while getting an in depth education of every place we visited. The "mama mia" road was shocking and so worth the experience and the blue grotto is worth the visit - go early in the morning to avoid long lines - we got super lucky - going private vs a huge tour bus gave us the advantage. Sorrento is very beautiful - postcard perfect. Visiting Pompeii was an unforgettable experience. The entire day, although long, totally worth the time.
