Das Kamel ist ein ruhiges Tier, das gegen heißes und kaltes Wetter widerstandsfähig ist und schwere Lasten tragen kann. Diese Tiere, die einst Kulturen und Zivilisationen dienten, dienen heute dem Tourismus. Wir bieten unseren Gästen eine sichere und authentische Reise mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf Kappadokien. Sie können ein Teil der Geschichte mit den Möglichkeiten der alten Zeiten sein. Sie können an privaten Sonnenaufgangs- und Sonnenuntergangstouren teilnehmen und auch zu verschiedenen Zeiten am Tag an Kamelsafaris teilnehmen. Die Dauer der Kamelsafari-Tour variiert von 1 bis 2 Stunden.

This was the experience of a lifetime for me as I love camels and I've always wanted to at least pet one. The location of the camel stable is along a mountainous area and you join a little caravan that takes you over to a beautiful view of the sunset where the guides will take pictures for you. My camel Pasha was very cute and a good sport. I would do this again next time I come to Cappadocia.

It was uncomfortable sitting on my camel, I was worried of sliding down/backward the whole time. But my friend's camel was fine. The guide didn't give an intro or explain anything when we got there. Also, the drive from my hotel to the camel range felt a little bit unsafe. Given the experience, the price was not worth it.

However, the riding experience can vary depending on posture, balance, and how each guest adapts during the ride. This may explain why your friend felt more comfortable while you did not, but we understand that this still affected your experience. About the lack of introduction, we appreciate you pointing this out. While our team always aims to brief guests, there can occasionally be limitations in spoken English. For this reason, we provide an audio guide before the tour to ensure all guests have access to clear and detailed information about the experience. That said, your feedback highlights that we should reinforce this part of the service. Concerning the transfer, guest safety is our top priority. All our drivers follow strict safety protocols, and no excessive speed or unsafe driving is tolerated. However, we take your comment seriously and will review this internally to ensure our standards are consistently maintained. We also want to note that all tour inclusions, details, and pricing are clearly presented before purchase so guests can make informed decisions. Great experience riding camels! 🐪 You will walk over to a cliff and take some pictures with your guide. Ours was great photographer and the pics are priceless! Loved the experience even with my shaking thighs after 🤣

The driver drove very recklessly and made all the passengers, including my kids, uncomfortable. I don't mean he just sped, he drove like a complete idiot. The whole situation felt weird, getting dropped in the middle of nowhere next to a pen of camels then being put on them after 10 minutes of standing around with nobody explaining a single thing or speaking at all. My kids got flea bites all over their hands...though maybe they shouldn't have pet the camels. The ride went down a road for about 10 min, 10 min on a dirt trail to a photo spot, 10 min of pics then you return.

First, regarding the driving, after reviewing with the driver and the route, we confirmed that there was no unsafe or reckless driving. However, the terrain in Cappadocia can be uneven and unfamiliar, which can sometimes give the impression of a rough or uncomfortable ride, especially for families with children. About the camel experience, this activity takes place in a designated area that may feel isolated, but this is actually standard for such tours in the region. Guests are usually prepared and guided on-site, though we understand that in your case the communication did not meet your expectations, and for that we are genuinely sorry. As for the concern about fleas, all animals used in these experiences are regularly checked and maintained in line with local standards. We have not encountered such an issue before, but we still took your feedback into consideration at the time and followed up internally. Back then, we also apologized and asked how we could assist further, as guest satisfaction is important to us. I was very nervous at first but the Camel riding tour was amazing. The camels are calm and walk slowly. We had a lot of fun. The tour guide took phenomenal pictures and videos. We are very happy with our experience. Thank you!

We took the sunset camel ride. Beautiful! The gentlemen were patient with us (!) and led us to a gorgeous spot for pictures. I can’t recall mend them highly enough. A definite must!

Wear a hat or purchase a locally made one when you get there. Transport was on time, greeting was warm and welcoming as I dined with employees on delicious watermelon, Baris, my guide, was charming and took his time to show me beautiful geographical formations. He knew the optimal spots to take some photos and was more than happy to do so. Most importantly you could see he loves and cares for the camels and that’s what made me the most happy,
