Der Tag beginnt um 7.30 Uhr, da unser Fortgeschrittener alle Gäste von Port Douglas abholt. Nachdem wir den Daintree River mit der Fähre überquert haben, ist unser erster Halt Alexandra Lookout. Atemberaubende Aussicht und durchaus ein Foto wert. Am Cape Tribulation angekommen, bringt Sie Ihr Fortgeschrittener an den Strand, wo der Regenwald auf das Riff trifft. Im Treetops Adventure Centre beginnt der Ziplining-Spaß. Machen Sie sich fertig, trinken Sie Morgentee und wir sind auf dem Weg zum Start des Ziplining-Kurses.2 Stunden Spaß in den Bäumen als Guides führen Sie durch das Kronendach des ältesten Regenwaldes der Erde. Nachdem Sie den Appetit geweckt haben, wird das Mittagessen in einem Rückzugsort im Regenwald serviert, während Sie Geschichten über den Spaß in den Bäumen austauschen. Unser nächster Halt ist eine Krokodil- & Wildtierkreuzfahrt, 1 Stunde auf dem Wasser auf der Suche nach Krokodilen, interessanten Wildtieren und dem unglaublichen Ökosystem der Mangroven. In der Daintree Ice Cream Company können Sie ein Eis aus tropischem Obst kaufen, das auf dem Grundstück angebaut wird. Ankunft in Port Douglas gegen 17 Uhr

This was an excellent tour, treetop zip line people were the best. Melanie our driver was excellent, lunch was superb. Saw a couple of crocs on the river.

This was an immaculate experience, the tour guide (Dale) was so knowledgeable, safe, and friendly to all the guests. Of my group of 10 people, 2 families. This is something I will look back on forever. For an all day experience from a tea/ coffee at the beach to crocodile viewing or ziplining, with some ice cream after it was well worth the amount. I can’t describe how great Dale was.

What a fantastic day spent with our very knowledgeable tour guide and bus driver James. Zip line was an exciting experience flying through the tree tops. Here as well our instructors were knowledgeable and patient. Awesome day, well worth the cost.

JUST BOOK IT! Reasons to NOT self-drive to Daintree NP: 1. Traffic patterns are unpredictable, including the ferry, single-lane passes and possible road flooding. 2. Cell service/navigation is zero in many spots. 3. You miss out on learning all there is about the region and history. 4. On holiday, everyone deserves a stress-free "just a passenger" day. Reasons to book THIS tour: 1. Guides know the best spots for food, snacks and toilets! 2. Guides understand inherent safety guidelines (crocs, deadly plants, weather) 3. Daintree Tours/Calypso (via Viator) did an amazing job predicting what we would need for the day, how to make the most of our time, and tailor the stops just for our group. 4. Everything was so easy and simple, we got to ENJOY this magical experience!
Our family of 5 (kids 19,17,14) took the guided tour to the rainforest, with a delightful morning tea en route, at the majestic and unspoilt Cape Tribulation beach. Then it was time for a terrific treetop zip lining adventure. The staff were friendly and patient taking small groups flying through the treetops. Lots of fun and not too scary! Views were magnificent. This was followed by a plentiful and sumptuous lunch at a local charming restaurant with a chance for a swim in a beautiful watering hole. To end the tour we boarded a rustic boat to cruise with Ernie the crocodile whisperer, whose tour of the mangroves was authentic and optimistic even in the off season. A huge shout out to Dale our main guide whose knowledge and stories of the area were a perfect combination of information and entertainment. A great day was had by all! 💯 recommend this tour.
Steve our guide was bursting with enthusiasm and knowledge to share, making this one of the most fascinating, thought provoking and informative trips we have ever had. We loved the zip lining, lunch, swim and cruise where we saw a saltwater crocodile. Superb and well worth the money.

Fantastic guide who made a great trip even more special. Learnt so much and the trip had a fantastic variety of activities so was appealing to all members of the family. Relaxing to not have to worry about getting ourselves around and met some lovely people on the tour as well.
