Canyoning und Rafting Abenteuer

amazing nice guides , we loved our walk and swim in the canyon with fresh cold water from the spring in the mountains . The rafting is great with kids and super fun , the guides where great fun , splashing water fights with the other rafts was exciting. Good food . All in all a 10 out of 10 experience.

My partner and I were picked up at the hotel and driven for 2 hours only to then be informed that our tour was not going ahead because no one else aside from us booked onto it. We were then offered to go onto an alternative 4-in-1 combo tour (which cost £28pp on viator compared to £40pp for this tour) if we paid an extra €25 per person. We were frankly shocked at such a blatant attempt to extort money. The explanation for cancelling our tour also changed throughout the conversation, with poor weather conditions being blamed instead (on a clear, sunny day with no prior rainfall). We managed to explain to the group of men why their approach was dishonest, and eventually we were taken along for the 4-in-1 tour at no additional cost - it was exactly like we expected and the reason why we didn't opt to go on that tour in the first instance. We have contacted the tour operator via WhatsApp to request a refund but the message unsuprisingly was ignored. It is most disappointing to be the victim of a scam and I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this dishonest tour operator.

If you only want to enjoy canyoning and rafting, go somewhere else. This experience is part of a larger tour and you will have to wait (a lot) while the other guests drive buggies and go zip lining. Either book the full day tour with all activities or do something else, dont waiste your time... As for the activities : - Canyonig : short walk near the river. Very nice views, no thrill, more of a nice strawl. - Rafting : very calm river. We were mostly paddling to progress while they took pictures... Last word of caution : Tornado Rafting is in it to sell you stuff (drinks, snacks, pictures, accessories, ...). Just be aware that the "activities" are set up to sell you stuff. If you like this its fine, if you enjoy nature, go somewhere else!

It was perfect trip all around and definitely a great experience. Super organized, great tour guides and all very friendly and helpful.

Was amazing views and most of crew was nice except one of them was rude who is responsible for take off the boat but the photographer named karim was so kind and helpful

Everything was fine and they were funny and helpful trying to provide joyful atmosphere. The river views are very good also the lunch was good. Instructions are clear also the pick up and the programs. It is better to bring with you water activities shoes rather than buy there also if you like photos bring your mobile phone protection (they are selling them if you want with no pressure)

Honestly this was one of the best experiences I ever had! The transfer was easy and the tour guides were awesome and so lively! They hyped the group and we met some awesome people on this tour! I will definitely do this 100 times again! The nature and experience is so beautiful and thrilling! The water so clear but cold! Honestly the cold water was bearable for me but some might be a bit much Thank you to everyone who made this unforgettable 👊🏽🙏🏽

Talib, our guide was the best, he made an already great experience ten times better. If you can request a tour leader you should definitely ask for him. The scenery was beautiful and everything was well organised. All the staff were very friendly. We were expecting the zip line to be a bit longer but overall it was great.

It was a super fun tour, canyoning really requires good fitness but it was super cool. The gathering was also well suited for smaller children.

Fantastic day had so much fun would definitely recommend it. The rafting and the buggys were so much fun and the food was great.
