The trip through Cannes was at a nice pace, we were able to see some sights. Our guide was friendly but a bit hard to understand at times. Much of the biking was in active traffic making it a bit dangerous. My biggest disappointment was I originally booked 6 bikes, but due to illness we cancelled 1 bike 9 days before the reservation. Even though they said cancellations would be honored up to 24 hours before, they still charged my credit card for 6 and refused to give me a refund as advertised. I’d stay away from this bike tour vendor and I have second thoughts about booking with Viator as well. They offered no assistance in getting my $82.75 refund.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the pace of the tour and were able to discover some of Cannes’ sights. However, we would like to clarify the cancellation issue. We did not receive any request to cancel one of the six bikes, either directly or through Viator. Had we received the cancellation within the stated timeframe, it would of course have been honoured in accordance with our cancellation policy. As the reservation and payment were managed through Viator, we cannot be held responsible for a cancellation request that was never forwarded to us, nor can we issue a refund for funds collected and managed by their platform. We are therefore disappointed that this matter has resulted in such a negative review of our company. The rating does not fairly reflect the experience described—particularly since you otherwise enjoyed the tour—and it unfairly damages a small local business for an issue that was outside our control. We kindly invite you to contact Viator again regarding the €82.75 and to reconsider your rating of our service.
A portion of the route involves riding in traffic which can be daunting for inexperienced cyclists. Guide was nice but not versed in history nor was his English proficient.
This tour is no longer existent, don’t book because there is no tour happening. We unfortunately found this out when we went to the bike rental. Previous owner never closed tour down.

This was a great way to get oriented to Cannes and see the beautiful scenery. We got to imagine we were standing on the red carpet at the legendary film festival, and of course pedaled past all of the fabulous shops without putting a dent in our pocketbooks.
The tour should mention that some of the roads will be shared with cars. We are road cyclists so we were fine with it, however others were not comfortable.
Excellent place to book a Cannes bike tour. Conveniently close to the cruise port. We booked a 3 hour tour that provided a great overview of the city, including the shopping, restaurant, beach and hillside overlooking Cannes. Our guide Adrian was fantastic!

Location was close to the Cruise port and easy to find. The E-Bikes were in great condition and ready to go when we arrived. The tour guide was kind and informative in showing us around the port city. The exercise was just enough, and the activity was perfect for the amount of time spent on shore.
It was nice bike tour around Cannes. Maddy was very welcoming and friendly. Very happy with my excursion choice.
This is the best way to see Cannes. JC was an excellent guide. The Harbor area is just gorgeous. We enjoyed all the twists and turns through the beautiful narrow streets. E-bikes were easy to operate & comfy.
