**Abholung vom Flughafen:** Holen Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft bitte Ihr Gepäck ab und begeben Sie sich in die Ankunftshalle. Ihr Fahrer wartet außerhalb des Terminals im Abholbereich für Bodentransporte mit einem Schild mit einem orangefarbenen Cancun Travel Experience-Logo. Bitte legen Sie bei der Abholung Ihre Bestätigung oder Ihren Lichtbildausweis vor. Ihr Transportmittel steht genau 30 Minuten nach Ihrer Fluglandezeit bereit, bevor Ihre Servicezeiten beginnen. Ankunft: Wenn Sie zufällig Probleme haben, Ihren Fahrer zu finden, gehen Sie bitte zu einem der folgenden Treffpunkte: - Terminal 2 (Inlandsankünfte) an der Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale Ankünfte) an der Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 an der Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 an der Welcome Bar **Abholung vom Hotel:** Ihre genaue Abholzeit wird mit dem örtlichen Betreiber abgestimmt, Ihr Fahrer wird Sie in der Lobby Ihres Hotels treffen. We met a friend, who lives locally in Cancun, at the marina peurto for coffee. Our driver (Luis) dropped us off and picked us back up at the exact location at the time we specified. He also stayed on the premises in case we were ready to leave early which is why I picked this service. Great experience!

We rented a private shuttle to avoid stopping at several hotels and it was well worth it. Driver was waiting for us after we arrived at the airport with a big sign with our name so we were able to find him easily in the crowd. The driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport after our trip was also very prompt (arrived early). Both drivers (to/from) were very courteous and identified themselves and verified our name and bookings. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Picked us up at airport; in a crowded and overwhelming environment Sergio had a sign held up high and professional. He kindly treated us and made us feel at home and took us to our transport. Opened the doors for the ladies and loaded all our luggage. Was kind enough to stop at store to allow us to get situated with adult beverages. Great clean ride; very courteous and professional; would hire again in a heartbeat. Our driver Sergio was top notch, super knowledgeable with great advice.
