Such a great excursion! Our guide, Carlos, was so much fun, the mini speedboats are a really fun way to see the mangroves en route to an excellent snorkeling experience! Don’t be in a hurry to leave the marina after, take some time to enjoy the free Tequila tasting at the end, and check out the snack bar before you call your taxi! Food was excellent! Our whole family gave this trip 10/10 stars….was a great day in Cancun!! (Almost forgot…the drone videos and family pictures from their photographer turned out great!!! )
Amazing experience!! Everyone’s has got to try this while in Cancun! Well organized and tour guides on point from start to finish. 5 star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Roy was our guide. Amazing guide! 10/10!! Photos and video 10/10!! Snorkeling 10/10!! Whole staff 10/10!!
Our guide Danny was amazing and fun I was a little scared of the water but he was able to make me comfortable and I got to see fishes! Totally recommend for a fun adventure!
Booked because it included hotel pick up, only to find out our hotel was not included. Cost another $100 for round trip transportation. Also, your $19 excursion will cost $89 per person once all the fees are added. Otherwise, it was an amazingly fun excursion that I would recommend. Jimmy was our guide and he did a great job keeping us together and safe.
My wife and I went on this excursion in June 2026. It was a great excursion that didn't take up the entire day. You have the opportunity to drive your own speedboat through the water and mangroves at different speeds. The boats are easy to drive and the snorkeling spot is fantastic. I would recommend this excursion and plan to do it again in the near future.
My family had a blast our guide was so much fun he made sure we seen all the best spots when snorkeling the boats are so much fun highly recommend
We had an incredible time. The speed boat was a lot of fun and the snorkel spot was better than several others that we have done around Cancun. It was very convenient to find the spot and the reef was amazing. Water was calm despite it being a stormy morning before we got there. We would absolutely come back and do this again.
They made my boat turn around because they allegedly smelled smoke from my boat. I was the driver so I don't understand why I was kicked off. I had nothing to do with that! Will not be recommending this experience to anyone else. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this company! Do not book
Dear Mishia W, Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we must clarify the facts of what actually happened during your tour, as your version omits critical information. According to our guide Carlos (and confirmed by our internal report), your activity was cancelled because you and your companion were smoking marijuana inside the speedboat while driving, shortly after the tour began. This was observed directly by our guide, who also noted that you were falling behind the group. As clearly stated in our safety rules, which you acknowledged before the tour, and in the PDF document provided to all guests: "While operating a boat, do not use drugs or consume alcohol. Attempting to operate a boat while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is not only dangerous, but it is also a federal crime in Mexico, punishable by prison." And: "Any person or group who does not follow the rules of the activity will have their activity cancelled without a refund for their own and others' safety." Driving under the influence of drugs puts at risk not only you and your companion, but also the other guests, our guides, and other boats navigating the lagoon. Our guide made the only responsible decision: to cancel the activity immediately and return you to the marina. You requested a refund through Viator. Based on our policies and the seriousness of the violation, we declined the refund. We stand by that decision. We take safety extremely seriously. What you describe as being "kicked off for no reason" was actually a necessary measure to protect everyone on the water. We do not recommend this experience for anyone unwilling to follow basic safety and legal rules.
Carlos was the best guide! We had so much fun, it was a once in a life time experience. Beautiful location, well structured and perfect excursion time. No crowds at all, got a very personalized experience.
So much fun! The boats were cute and the tour in the mangroves, harbor, and the sea was fantastic! We also loved the snorkeling tour around the reef and statues. We saw lots of fish, sea fans, and corals. The water was calm and warm and at a pleasant pace. Our guide, Jimmy, was great!
