Auf dem schwimmenden Markt von Cai Rang herrscht von Sonnenaufgang bis etwa 9 Uhr morgens reges Treiben, und dann fahren wir mit dem Boot dorthin, eine etwa 30-minütige Fahrt. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, auf ein Handelsboot zu steigen und sich all die bunten Früchte wie Mangos, Rambutans, Longans und den „König der Früchte“, Durian, anzuschauen. Auf dem Boot probieren Sie köstliche Straßengerichte wie Pho, Bun Rieu, Com Tam und Hu Tieu. Wir sehen auch, wie Nudeln und Reispapier „Banh Trang“ hergestellt werden, und machen einen gemütlichen Spaziergang durch die Landschaft. Natürlich dürfen wir es nicht versäumen, tropische Früchte zu probieren, heißen Tee zu schlürfen und einen lustigen Angelausflug zu unternehmen. Danach fahren wir nach Vinh Long – Cai Be.
Nehmen Sie an unserem Kochkurs teil und essen Sie bei einer Privatunterkunft auf der Insel Tan Phong in der Provinz Vinh Long zu Mittag. Tauchen Sie ein in die lokale Kultur, indem Sie Fahrrad fahren, Kajak fahren und an spirituellen Aktivitäten teilnehmen, die Teil des kulturellen Erbes Südvietnams sind. Amazing trip, we had a few initial hiccups in the morning but thats due to no ones fault. The communication was clear and consise. We did a private tour so had Tri’s(our guide) full attention. He went above and beyond to make the day a success. I would highly recommend them.

Our tour guide name was Linda, it was a very pleasant experience. She was very nice and helpful on all topics. Also very funny and brightens up the mood. Sometimes it was a bit hard to understand but she will gladly repeat the sentence. Overall the tour was very fun we went to a lot of different places. The only down side to it was that it started at 4 am in the morning. We were all pretty tired. ^^
