Cabo San Lucas Jet-Ski-Verleih

Giovanni is the man- He made sure our experience was one to remember with constant jokes and making our expectations were above and beyond. I made a new friend in Cabo Giovanni!

We had a wonderful experience! I accidentally booked our excursion for the wrong day, which was within the 24 hr no refund period. I contacted Jesus and he assured me that he would honor our voucher on my intended date. I was nervous about it, but he was there waiting for us and honored our deal. With so many scammers in Mexico (I did get scammed by our cab driver named Oscar Sanchez…do not use him!!), I was so relieved to have booked with this honest company. 10/10 recommend for jet ski rentals is Cabo. I tipped them big, which says a lot:)

So much fun, I highly recommend - they even took drone photos for us while we were on the jet skis. Staff was friendly, made everything quick and easy and my son had the best time ever! Will do it again definitely

We had an absolute blast with this jet ski rental! We booked and prepaid via Tripadvisor, and since we arrived a little early, they were able to get us right out on the water without any wait. Per the recommendation to go early when the water is less choppy, we booked an early morning slot. It was the perfect move—there was very little water traffic, and the open water was incredibly refreshing and smooth. Our guide was great and escorted us out to the open water when we started, so we made sure to tip him. We also felt totally comfortable leaving our personal belongings on the beach by their umbrella; everything was watched over just fine, and we got our full hour of ride time. The only small critique is regarding the photos. They used a drone to capture some videos and photos while we were out there, but we ended up passing on them because the package was a little pricey. Honestly, if they had just taken a nice, simple photo of my sister and me with the jet skis right before we headed out or on our way back in, we happily would have purchased a few!

Getting there was a challenge. We had to walk for about a mile from the cruise ship. I had to rent a chair for $10 just to sit and wait for my party to finish with the jet skis.

If you are not staying by the beach, it is recommended to get a water taxi from the Marina to where the Jet skis are. I highly recommend schedule your adventure the earliest because later in the day, it gets really busy in the water. The guys from the Jet Skis are very friendly and they make sure you get the best experienece.

Clicked the link to the start location, it took me to a random spot at the marina. Tried to text and call the operator, NO RESPONSE. Ended up missing the tour and the operator refuses to refund. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Was exactly as described and was a lot of fun. We did an hour and the 30 minutes was probably enough. You can only go back and forth from where you start to about Riu. You also can’t go near the arch. Still had a lot of fun and glad that we did it.

Make sure guides explain rules clearly to riders. We paid for an hour but were forced to come back after 30 minutes because we were told that we were not following the rules, even though it was completely unintentional. We were not given a second chance to ride the jet skis, even once the rules were explained. Total scam in my opinion.

Fun hour on the water with family. Host were great and on time. Convenient location to grab a bit before or after.
